Flexible Financial Corp

Review: After an ambulance company applied my payment to the wrong account in 2009, they sent me to a collections agency {Flexible Financial} and said I never paid on the account. I contacted the Attorney Generals off ice and in January 2010, an agreement was reached in my favor and the Collections agency was not allowed to report me to the credit bureau. Well, in 2012, they did; VIOLATING the agreement with me and the Attorney Generals Office. (Written in black and white) They have since fallen off of the face of the earth and I am now filing another complaint with the Attorney Generals office againist Flexible Financial and hoping to get this mess off of my credit.Desired Settlement: I want this off of my credit.
