I bought vinyl records on SRC Vinyl store in March this yearThey took almost months to ship the order, but when it arrived in Brazil, it was sent back to sender because of package issuesI was tracking every step of the shipment by the USPS website and when it was almost being delivered back to the store, I got a message that said the order was destroyed (?)I tried to get in contact with the company, but they never said a satisfying answerSo one day, they sent me another code that was delivered in another town, that was not mineI contacted the mail service from my country and they confirmed that this new shipping code was not with my addressNow, they don't answer me anymore and there's almost year I bought these records and got no solutionHow can you help me with this? I preordered the Blink Greatest Hits 2xLP from SRC Vinyl on June 2nd, 2016, and the original ship date was supposed to be in mid AugustThe original date came and went, and I had no received my package nor was I notified that there was a delay due to the supplierI only found out because I had to email SRC Vinyl's customer service, to which I got a respond weeks later saying my order was delayed until November 20th
The same issue happened again when November 20th cameNo package was ever shipped and no email was sent out to let their customers know that there was yet another delayI only found out, once again, weeks later when I had to email their customer service to find out what was going onI was told weeks after I had emailed them that this order was delayed again, this time until January 20th,

On 04/11/I place two orders totaling $for merchandise On May 6th of 2017, I received an email from Carly at SRC Vinyl stating that they couldn't complete my order She asked me if I wanted a refund or store credit, of which I asked for a refund Due to the size of the order, Carly informed me that "I'm very sorryMy manager has to process the refunds as I don't have authorization to do soWe will update this ticket as soon as the refund has been processed." However, after multiple emails to the company, all of which were unreturned, I still have not received a refund I just want my money back

I received an album from this company that was defective After initial contact, I was asked a battery of questions which basically blamed me for the issue I tried getting a replacement and that went unsuccessful so I reached out to the band directly and paid for a replacement through the band I have been requesting necessary documents for weeks to get this returned so I can get a refund and was told it wasn't necessary to return the album It is, as I want my money back I have had no responses to emails sent since
