turns out its not a bank but a company issuing loans
predator lender I owe got the loan for 19,with almost 4,down payment my percentage is 25% so I have paid months so far at $a month (they charge $for paying your bill) and I haven't touched my balance of $19,yet, and I wont for a while, its about 14,in extra interest or charges on top of the $19,I owethe bmw 335xi is appraised at $9,the car is a lemon me and the warranty have spent close to 9,in repairsand I only put up with it because I'm stuck because of my credit and I cant refinance because its not a bank they are not even insured they did push back a month or two of payments because I spent a lot on repairs but then literaly thousands more on repairs since then and my warranty is coming to an end which I paid $1,cash for in one paymentthey have left me ruin and still I haven't even helped my credit one bitthe rep that was sent by the bank to the dealer lied to me about several things showing he probably was hired as a nearby contractor or something because everything he told me, flexpath later denied any of it was correctDarla that works there even told me at one point that they have to by law report to credit agency but now they say that they are not required by law as if they just wanted me off the phoneand now yesterday my key fob died another I have to spend on top of the 1,I spent last monthTHEY HAVE NO SOLUTION FOR ME THIS WHOLE SITUATION IS OK TO THEMMY FAULT FOR TAKING THE LOAN
I recently bought a car and used flexpath capital...I have had this loan for 2 1/2 months, have made 2 payments and yet to receive the "Welcome Packet" with my payment vouchers to submit my payments. I have called over 15 times in reference to not receiving my packet on top of the current "system issues" which did not display my initial payment -the response was that they are transitioning to a new system and the payment is reflecting in the old system - I acknowledged new systems are a pain and I appreciated the assistance which was to post my payment into the new system so all flexpath representatives could see the payment (I was told by several reps that I never made a payment even though I provided my bank statement with the deduction). Long story short the payment was in the same state over the next 5 CALLS I had to follow up with Flexpath. On every call that I made to flexpath in reference to the payments I also inquired about my welcome packet - I was now advised by 4 different reps that they would send out a new packet or request one - I still do not have the information to send in a payment and have been charged fees for paying over the phone.... STILL WAITING FOR THE PACKET....and there is absolutely no issues with my mail.
Company does not report payments to credit bureaus. Customer Service is always rude and unprofessional.
I received funding from Flexpath Capital on April 5, 2015. In hopes of building our credit we took the high interest loan, thinking it would help build the credit with on time payments. Every time I call, the customer service is horrible, they say, "Oh next month it will be on your credit." I have feeling it never will, and we will be stuck paying our high interest rate loan and not receive proper credit for it. Very unhappy with this company. DO NOT get financing from them, just go to the bank. No one wants to refinance us because the company is known as sketchy.
I was approved for loan with this company however dealership that had car was shady. Flexpath refused to help mediate the issue with dealership aka good used cars in Yonkers. They said its between us
