** Per California Repair, they did not receive a call from customerThe customer contacted Flexsteel's customer service a few weeks ago and requested to speak to the office manager at California Repair Service, her name was given to the customerThe customer was given California Repairs customer service phone number as requestedThe customer contacted Flexsteel once again, I spoke with the customer and advised her that I would contact the repair company and ask that customer be contacted as soon as possibleThe customer was given the warranty information on her twin sleeperFive years on the bed mechanism, she would be responsible for the labor to repair/installation and the repair company would quote the customer the labor rate
I spoke with the repair company office manager this morning 6/23/and was advised, she left a message the customer to contact her regarding the repairNo return call was made to the repair company by the customer
Follow up call to the repair company 6/23/afternoonThe customer has been advised, parts to repair will be ordered once a check for the part has been received by the repair company and installation charges have quotedThe customer agrees with parts and labor charges
A follow up call has been made to the customer confirming the repair company information and the customers agreement to allow the local repair to repair the customers twin sleeper
