Dec 5,2014 I ordered 2 Flexsteel furniture pieces having been told it would take about 8 weeks to receive my order, just in time for my mother-in-law's visit for the arrival of our new baby. I'm now being told that even with a rush being placed on my order, I won't receive my order until at the earliest, Feb 24,2015! & the items are already built! So I just wasted over $3k on a sleeper sofa & chair for my MIL that won't even be here until after she leaves! If I had known how long it would actually take them to deliver, I would have Never bought Flexsteel. Waiting 2.5 months & no refunds!

I would rate Flexsteel 0-1 in customer srrvice and here is why. We purchased a couch from a local business ([redacted]) here in Hampton, Va in April. We were told 8-12 weeks for delivery, which seems a bit long but attributed it to the manufacturer was back logged. After many phone calls with the store and two (2) E-Mails to Flexsteel we are still without answers or a couch. I would strongly say - DO NOT BUY from Flexsteel or [redacted].
