Palmer Financial Services has not completed their end of the contract I have numerous times attempted to contact their office and each time someone different answers the phone They lie and tell me they will pass my message to the right person They lie and say they have email me informationWhen I check this information it is falseThey have telephone answering machines with out dated information ie"We are closed now due to flood on Oct.10th and will be back in the office and someone will get back to you Or No one calls you back I requested to be called at work from am - pm they continue to call my cell phone instead over and over again so that their is no contact with me I believe they are a team of crooks Recently I have received calls from the same agency seeking new customers When I inform the caller who I am and complaint the caller will say they will pass my complaint to the customer complaint office but as usual there is no contact to me at work my e
