I received a call and called the number back in regards to student loan forgiveness. Spoke with a rep by the name of ***. She explained ifni were to enroll that they would help me with my student loan forgiveness. I signed up and there was an initial fee of $ 799 she sent over docs and I signed byt after signing up. something wasnt sitting right. so I called back to immediately cancel and they now have my personal information. when I called to cancel I was told I would contacted by a rep within a day to cancel. I called them.back and now all of the numbers are
is not a client of ours. She began the enrollment process with us on Friday, June 20, 2020 and decided to cancel right away. I have proof of confirmation that she received the cancellation email and opened it at 10:01am and I even sent another email confirmation to today which I have sent a screenshot of stating that the times that she was emailing and calling on Saturday, June 21, 2020 we were out of the office as it's outside of our normal business hours.

I found out about flex prep through a friend who went through them and had success! So I asked for the number and gave them a call, immediately the first person who answered had a very pleasant voice and sounded happy to help. That’s a big thing for me being I worked in the customer service filed for over 20 years. They got me enrolled and told me what documents I needed to send in to get started, I sent my documents in and within 48 hours I received confirmation my application was submitted. They work fast and always keep you updated throughout the process I want to say about 60+ days passed by and then I got a call saying I was approved for the lower payment! I’ve been on it for three months now and I am so happy to have saved soo much money in the long run. Thank you so much flexx prep! Britney A. was my rep and she was absolutely fantastic!
