Review: I went into the video store several months ago to open an acct to find out that one had been opened in my name. I spoke with the store manager to try to resolve the issue and she said she would have to talk to her boss. I waited and got no call or feed back so I went back in the store they had no answer yet again left my information and still nothing I went into the store last week and left yet my information again and the store manager said that her boss stated I had to bring in something showing my identity was stolen back in 2005 I had to file chapter 7 due to things my father whom has the same name as I had opened accts in my name it was either that or send him to jail. So I asked to speak to her boss and she said it was a family business she would not give out her number I have left messages at 4 stores for the DM to contact me she has yet to do so I do not feel that I should have to pay for a late charge on an acct that I never opened, My next step will be to get the local news channel involved in which the store manager told me to go right a head that it would be free advertisement for them.Desired Settlement: The fee to be removed and the DM to personal contact me which she has been so unprofessional about doing previous and the store manager reprimanded for her actions and unprofessional behavior during my visit to the store she was not only unprofessional she was bad mouthing other business in the area to other customers.
