I purchased military 4’s from them and when they arrived they came SOOOO messed up, the stitching is SO BAD that it doesn’t even match the other shoe in the front! Nobody will ever buy these off me. I’m so positive their fake! So then when I try to get a refund they wanna offer me a $20 store credit for sneakers I payed $300 for! What the hell am I gonna do with a $20 STORE CREDIT?! IM PISSED. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO YOURSELF THE FAVOR AND NEVER SHOP HERE!

Received Used scuffed up shoes when I paid for brand new sneakers
I ordered a pair of brand new Yeezy boost 350 V2 Beluga (Non reflective) and received them this past Saturday April 9th and I noticed that the shoes I got from this company were completely worn out. The outsole had scuffs, the boost pad had dirt accumulated from multiple wears, the insole has the adidas letters fading from use and there’s even sock residue in the shoe from when the first owner used them . I paid $600+ for a new sneaker and I get conned with this. I’ve contacted support and provided images as proof but when I asked for a refund including shipping I got ghosted. DO NOT SHOP HERE! They use their (fraudulent) reputation to attract customers and rip them off because it’s easier and quicker for them to do that than to have integrity and fixing their mistakes. Completely unbelievable and disrespectful service down the very last request. You guys are a true disgrace to sneaker culture and sneaker heads as a whole.

I ordered a pair of Yeezy 380 on Friday 8//20. I paid 328 plus and extra $25 for next day shipping for a birthday gift to someone. Under the impression the my sneakers would be shipped the next business day. After my purchase I received a tracking number. And an email from ups that my sneaker would be delivered on Monday. Then I got an email from ups that the sneaker would not be arriving. I go online and look and only a shipping label has been created they never actually shipped the sneaker at all. Upon reviewing the shipping details I see the sneaker are being shipped from GOAT a completely different company. This specific company is GOAT and I have bad blood with them because they sent me fake sneakers in the past. I would have never done business with this company knowing they were associated. I feel tricked. I’ve emailed flight club and have received no response. I’d just like a refund at this point

I placed an order for some shoes on Flight Club last night and this morning I got a confirmation email saying my order has already been processed and out for shipping and when I went to track the package it says it’s being shipped from a factory in China although Flight Club claims all their shoes are shipped directly from their store. My card was charged right after I made the order and Flight Club is also saying you cannot cancel an order once it’s been processed for shipping.

I had consigned a pair of sneakers, Jordan 3 black cement 2011 model, with Flight Club in LA for $500USD. I dropped off the pair of shoes along with multiple other shoes in December of 2016 and they had been in my consigned shoes dashboard on the website for hundreds of days.

I recently discovered that the specific pair of shoes had mysteriously disappeared from the dashboard without any notice. When I reached out to Flight Club customer service, they said that the shoe was listed under listing *** but promptly removed because the shoe was never received. This is impossible because I dropped the shoes off in person and even received a call in 2017 asking if I was willing to sell the shoes for less. After more exchanges, customer service made a bunch of excuses and said the shoe was sold in April of 2017, but was referring to a different pair of shoes. Then they reverted back to claiming they never received the shoes.

I have since followed up and asked for a manager but have not received a reply. I am asking that they find the shoes or to pay me the amount that it was listed for and be accountable for their actions.

Hello,Unfortunately, after further investigation, we do not see these shoes as physically being in our inventory. There were no intake scans for this shoe and it was immediately removed the day that it was accidentally entered into your account. Therefore, we cannot provide any compensation for this shoe as these shoes were never physically in our inventory.

I have been patiently waiting for 3 days for my Payout. The company has yet to provide my $196 to my Paypal acct for my consignment sale or an update of any sort. Every time I reach out to their customer service email I'm told someone will get back to me in 5 days and they never do, therefore I am submitting a Better Business Claim.

Hello, On June ,2020 I purchased a pair on sneakers online at *** and they are not authentic as they advertise. I reached out to them and they refused to refund me my money and or exchange for an authentic pair. I am highly upset regarding this matter, They guarantee all merchandise to be authentic. As requested I emailed very detailed pictures of shoe and offered to mail them back. They still to refuse to give me a refund. Please review this matter. Thanks in advance

I wish I could give no stars! Shoes said they were new but when arrived they smelled of dirty feet. I contacted customer service and requested pictures before they could help me. You can’t take pictures of a bad smell. Terribly expensive lesson I had to learn. Don’t shop here.

I ordered a pair of shoes- size 13 Air Jordan OG 18, black suede and blue. I specifically indicated that I wanted new shoes, not used. I received the shoes today that appear to be scuffed in various places, faded on the suede in various places, and dirty as if someone attempted to clean them to make them look new- but did a horrible job. This is not what I paid for. If I wanted used shoes, I would have ordered used. I specifically requested new. This is false advertising- and misleading to the consumer. They have indicated that they do not provide refunds however- I DID NOT GET WHAT I ASKED FOR TO BEGIN WITH.

I ordered 6 pairs of shoes from flight club and I didn’t recieve my package flight club keeps telling me that ups is denying my claim but ups sent me proof that they sent my information to flight club to issue my refund to me but flight club keeps saying they haven’t got anything and this was way back 04//20 my reference to complaint ID #***
I don’t know if I clicked the wrong thing or what but the issue has not been resolved yet which is while I’m filing a complaint again please help me because I feel there’s nobody else to help me ups said they won’t refund me if flight club doesn’t respond to them and I find that very unfair to still from someone when you suppose to run a professional business.

I consigned a pair of sneakers to Flight Club on 3//20. Shipped it out the next day, *** says the shipment was delivered to them on 3//20. I sent an email on 3//30 asking about the status of my submission. Lizz D told me give it 3-5 business days. I followed up 5 business days later on 3//20. I was forwarded to another representative Alec on 4/*/20. I provided my tracking number and asked if they are still processing the shoes. Alec responds 4/*/20 to let me know they are investigating. I asked how long does it take to investigate. Alec explains there might be a "slight delay" due to volume of submissions on 4/*/20. 2 weeks since my shoes were delivered. I ask how long is a slight delay on 4/*/20. No response. I followed up 4//20 and Alec says they're still investigating. I followed up on 4/, 4/, 4/*** & 4/. No response. A new rep, Monica tells me they've lost my shoes on 5/*/20. A WHOLE MONTH AND TWO WEEKS LATER.

I placed an order on 4//2020 I had emailed about my order status and they put a pause on my order and continued to not respond to my emails. There is no phone I can call. I would just like my refund or my order.

I purchased a pair of Jordan Retro # 11's. I purchased them a half a size larger to try and compensate for recent foot surgery on my left foot at the Long Beach VA Medical Center. Size 9 1/2 normally fits well with the Jordans so I decided to go with a size 10. Still, this caused tightness on the incision on my left foot from surgery. I contacted the Flight Club to see if I could pay for shipping and handling both ways (Returning the item and for a larger size). They could not exchange shoes never worn and just purchased within a week of purchase.

I read that response from the one they sent me. I am not asking for my money back or sending back used shoes. I even offered to pay for shipping and handling both ways. This response is very unsatisfactory. They could even offer to sell the shoes like they did for the so called private party that sold me the shoes.

The company did not CLEARLY state whether the final price was in CAD and ended up taking out more money than I expected. About 5 minutes later I sent a request to cancel the order and didn't get any reply after several days. So, after reading more reviews I seen that the company has a reputation for not answering customer service emails and telling customers that they cannot cancel orders.

Hello, I placed an order for a pair of shoes for $746.39 (includes shipping and tax). I was notified 3 days later that my order was canceled for no given reason. It has now been another 3 days and they have not responded to any of my emails and I have not been notified of an expected refund. I know this company has had costumer service issues in the past and I just want it to be resolved without further delay.

I sent an Air Jordan KAWS(size 11-black) to be sold in consignment. It was valued and I asked for it to be sent back to me. FC claimed to send it back to me with the tracking number(***) at the end of August. This item was never received but was claimed by FC to have left your warehouse. *** contacted me and we discussed that since there was a tracking number provided that they claimed responsibility. FC was supposed to send them a claim for the value. Online resell values for the KAWS 4 are on FC $1045(new) and StockX $770(used). The time and aggravation from this FC mistake has already cost me money that was above your evaluation of $400. I would like my return to be equal to the $770 it’s valued at for greater. This is not my error and quite frankly disappointing that it’s taken this long to resolve this issue. Please contact me regarding this matter at *** as there is no phone number to contact FC, which is also unacceptable.

I placed my order for some sneakers which I paid $380.00 for almost 2 months ago and I still haven’t received my package.. I have been emailing and constantly asking for this matter to be resolved.. they told me that it was mailed out and signed for.. it wasn’t mailed out to me because I didn’t receive any package nor did I sign for any package.. it’s no contact number to speak to a representative and the delay on the response to my email is not acceptable.. I want the sneakers by a certain date for a special occasion.. that time has come and passed .. I don’t have my sneakers and I was charged on my card... I’m so over the customer service that this company has, I just want my money back a full refund

I spoke with *** and was told a signature was signed for package...and I know for a fact I didn’t receive NOR did I sign for package..I have been patiently waiting and following every step that was asked of me.. I emailed The affidavit.. I waited the 14 days even after not receiving my package.. you charged my card and I got nothing ..
