On December *** I placed a order for shoes on there website and it said ships next day so I was sure I would get them for christmas as it was suppose to be a gift for my son. 1.5 weeks prior to christmas I reached out to them by calling # on google for flight club and it was disconnected. (big red flag) Then I proceeded on emailing them. After multiple emails I received a reply that they will expedite my request to get it on time for christmas I never received them. I emailed them day after christmas asking for a refund they said they will process it in the order received. its now been almost 2 weeks from refund request and nothing has been received. I sent a email and they just respond with same message that they will process my refund in order it was received. I am beyond frustrated because they owe me $294 which I paid with my credit card and they already sent me the first bill. I want my refund back asap.

Ordered shoes on December *, 2018 have not received them. Payment was made, when I look them up it just says they are processing. Contacted them December *** and received a response on December *** just letting me know that they are still processing which is understandable because of the holidays. Since then have emailed them several times and have not received any response or answer is far is if my order is still processing or if they don’t have the shoe. This is the third time ordering from them and have never had a problem before I would just like to get the shoe. It is now January *, 2019. I have looked online and the shoe is available in the size.

I ordered a pair of sneakers online December *** 2018. The money came out of my account on December *** 2018 for $120.00. The order says processing when I check it. It has been a month now and no sneakers. I want a refund or the sneakers I paid for. I've emailed them and no response and of course no customer service number to call. I'm beginning to think this is a scam. I'm definitely considering legal action.

Hello I went to flight club in New York in December ***. I bought some shoes online because the shoe size I wanted wasn’t there and it was going to be delivered to my address in 2-3 days. I’ve tried to track my order on the website and it doesn’t work and I also call the store and the phone number is invalid. I would like to know when the shoes will be at my address with some help and my order number is *** .

I sent in a pair of shoes to sell in consignment with Flight Club. They received the pruduct and placed them for sale on their website as well as their physical store as agreed. I know this because I tracked the shipment, and they notified me via email that they recieved the package, it passed authentication and inspection and was up for sale. I went to their website and confirmed that the shoes were for sale. One week later on 12/, the shoes disappeared from the website. I thought they may have been sold. One week later I emailed them to ask what was going on, multiple emails for one week have been ognored. Their phone numver is out of service. It’s been 17 days and I havent heard from them. The shoes are worth $4,000. I am obviously very concerned my shoes have been stolen. Please help!

I ordered a pair of shoes on 12/*** and was given the order number of *** but it still says processing almost a week later. I’ve emailed asking for a status update multiple times with no response. I would like to know an update ASAP.

If you check the reviews on Facebook for flight club there are many people in the same position as me. We ordered shoes weeks ago and online at www.flightclub.com it says our orders are still processing. It has been 2 weeks since I placed the order. It says online that shipping takes 5-10 days. I have emailed them 7 times and called their unworking number. They need to be shut down from selling shoes online. It is a scam.

I cancelled a shoe order but they have not refunded my money. I have contacted the company numerous times to discuss this issue, but they will not return my emails or respond to the contact forms I completed.

I placed an order on 12//2018 for shoes and received a shipping confirmation via email from Flight Club stating the shoes had shipped. I have yet to receive the shoes and have called UPS to find out the status. UPS searched the tracking number provided by flight club and they stated they have never received the package from Flight Club as of today. They have taken two payments out of my account totaling $150.00 paid as of today but no shoes sent. The website does not provide a contact phone number only the email address to customer service. I have emailed them 5 different times requesting a status update on the shoes and have not received any response. I am very frustrated as these were a Christmas gift to my son.

Their contact information can be found here:***Additionally, in order to proceed with a missing package claim, we will require you to fill out an affidavit. Please fill out the affidavit that was emailed to you and provide the necessary documentation. To help clarify the affidavit, the “Official ID Type of Recipient” may include a state-issued ID, driver’s license or passport. If you are a minor, please have your guardian fill in their information. The "Official ID Number of Recipient" will be the number associated with the ID. In order to process the claim, the insurance company will need a scanned copy of the ID as well. The “Printed Name of Witness” may include a friend, family member, spouse, co-worker, etc. Essentially, it can be anyone who can witness your signature for the affidavit. We will need the signature of the witness where it reads “Signature of Witness.”Please send the affidavit and scanned ID copy back within a week, so we can forward it to the insurance company for review.

My order was placed on Dec , 2018, and is currently still processing. I’ve sent two emails to customer service regarding the shipping and processing, and have yet to receive a response.

I placed a order on December , 2018 during my checkout process the website *** said my product would be delivered by December ,2018. That time has come and gone I still have not received my order as of January *,2019. I have contacted customer service multiple time before and did not receive a response until December ,2018 with no actual details of what its going on with my order. I spent 250.00 on a Christmas present for my wife and was told I would receive her gift in time but it never showed up. Every time I check the site for new information all it says is processing. I was to know what is going on with my order.

I placed an order from the website for overnight shipping on the the *** of December. The process went very smooth, order was processed right away and my order was shipped via UPS next day air on the ***.
My tracking information was finally available and it showed that the package was on its way to a UPS facility on 12//2018 at 3:10pm. Today is January *, 2019 and still not have received
my package. I contacted UPS facility on he evening of the *** to see if they had any updates because at that time it's been over 24 hours with no activity regarding my package. At first I reached
an automated tracking service notifying me that the package it "on it's way" to me. I finally spoke to an actual customer service rep and was then told that UPS was unable to retrieve the package
from the business and I was told to contact the seller because they do not have my order. I've tried emailing the company before contacting the Revdex.com and have not heard back from them although
I was told I would hear back as soon as possible. My package tracking information STILL states that the order is in transit to a UPS facility at 3:10pm on 12//2018 (please note today is January *, 2019) and has not been updated since then. I would have rather spoke to customer
service rep from Flight Club but the only way to contact them is through email which is very tedious and obviously the business doesn't like to communicate with their customers. I will never purchase anything
else from here again. This was my first and last time ordering from this company. This company was quick to take money but do not follow through with their promises.

If I could give them a 0 I would. Been over a week and the status of my order has not changed from processing. Sent 3 emails, no response. Money has been taken but no communication whatsoever. I've even sent an email to cancel my order at this point but to no avail. I should have looked them up before, *** makes them seem reputable but unless you're physically there don't buy anything from them online. This has been the worst customer service experience in terms of communication or lack thereof I've ever had.

I have sent numerous emails to the Flight Club and yet I haven't got a single response on my order or its location. At this point, I would love to get a refund. If I have to file a claim with my bank, then so be it. I've tried to call the numbers on the this site and they are all disconnected. Is this business a fraud or what? This is my second time dealing with Flight Club, the first time was a success. But I don't know if its cause of the holidays or what. I want my refund back ASAP.

on December *** I ordered a pair of sneakers thru their website, the sneakers were supposed to be delivered on December ***. on said day *** scanned my packages (3) but did not deliver to my home ( I have cameras on my property and they did not capture the *** driver delivering my packages) after an intense 3 days on the phone with *** they filed a claim to investigate and I also made a report with my Local Springfield Police Dept. I reached out to Flight club on December *** and did not get a response until Dec ***, stating to check with neighbors and that they need a affidavit. their is no telephone number to speak to anyone and I dont need an affidavit since this is not a court case, I want my $300.00 refunded and they are giving me the run around for my money. I am willing to provide the police report since 3 of packages that day were not delivered ( stolen) including the sneakers. I am also willing to provide tracking numbers and information from UPS. This business should be forced to have a working number and better customer service reps. I will never order from here again.

I purchase some shoes through the company and at first the order was processing for one week and requested to cancel got no response other than a computer generated message. Then the order shows shipped and delivered and I don’t have the item contacted the carrier they stated that the merchant would need to file a claim and I can’t reach anyone. The number for the company is disconnected and they do not respond to emails so they have basically robbed for my money

I have ordered a shoe since the December ***, 2018. My order has been processing for a whole week! What is going on? You all do not reply to emails and do not have a functioning telephone number. Do not give me any *** about the shipping time. Give me a phone number that works now! Or contact me so I cancel my order and get my money back immediately! I am beyond infuriated and willing to sue!
