I placed an order on Dec *** for Jordan Concord 11’s. I decided an hour later to cancel. I received an email stating once my order was cancelled I would receive a confirmation. Today is the *** and still no resolution on the “confirmation.” All I receive is auto-email messages. I requested any other contact than their support email address. I have checked my order numerous times online. All it states is that it’s processing. They refused to provide me with a legit phone number. The number I did come across online just rings and rings. I was told the “department” that handles the cancellation requests would get back to me. When I requested their information, all the support team did was provide me with the support email address! I advised that if this was not resolved I would file with Revdex.com. Their response was just another auto message. So here we are with no resolution. All I want is the order to be cancelled as originally requested and my funds reimbursed.

I ordered a pair of shoes in October. They delivered the package. I never received the package. I opened a investigation with ups who credited the matter of 401 dollars to the vendor flight club in November. Flight club notified me on Nov I would have my refund in 3 to 5 business days. I still have not received my refund. Every time I email they just respond that their working on it. It's been a full month since they notified me I would have my refund. Can you please make them refund my money before I use them in small claims court for my refund and negligence

I bought a pair of shoes on the website " flight club" on 11//2018, the price total is $310.00 . They did not ship my order after two weeks .During this period , I tried to contact their customer support ,but the customer service was not help an all , they just slighted it over and put it off day by days , my order still "processing " not being shipped out . Then I asked to cancel my order and refund my money , the customer service palter with my request and keep postpone my issue .

Ordered on Dec. ***. Order was to be delivered 1-2 weeks. Contacted at 9 day mark since order was still processing, used a third party pay service (afterpay). Kept getting generic responses. Was told on multiple occasions it was being escalated, no ability to tell me anything other than generic responses. All #s are disconnected!!! Is is some type of scam with Flight Club and the third party pay service??? Ordered on plenty of time to arrive before Christmas, thanks for disappointing my son!!!

I ordered a pair of sneakers on 12//18. It says on their website that the sneakers ship the same day. I still have not received a tracking number and my order still says it's "processing". They charged me already, of course. I keep sending them emails with no response. There isn't a phone number to call to speak with anyone.

I placed my order on November *** 2018, I have contacted them several times regarding my order. Order #:***. All they tell me is that it will be delivered in 1-2 weeks. It’s been over 2 weeks and I still have not received my item I paid for. There is no telephone number to speak with and actual person and my order is still processing as of 10 minutes ago. I am very frustrated as this is a Christmas present. I would just like my item.

I ordered a pair of shoes on December *** and today is the *** and my order still says processing. The website says that it takes a few days for processing and 5-10 days to ship to my address. I emailed customer service on the *** and I’m still waiting for a response.

Ordered 500$ Shoes. Got a notification on Nov *** saying they've been shipped. Dec *** I still have no shipping updates, I've followed up a few times.... Its automated responses and no real answers. I contact DHL to see if I could get information from them. Turns out they created a label but haven't set a scheduled pickup so nothing has been shipped. The claim was fast shipping 5-8 days... essentially its been 3 weeks and it hasn't even been shipped despite the email they send saying they have shipped it.... This is a Christmas gift and now I doubt I will even get the product. I've been to one of their retail locations and thought this was legitimate however after checking their facebook page it looks like numerous customers re experiencing the same.

I order shoes from the website got no comformatin number. when I called all 5 number I found were disconnected. I emailed them n got no response when I emaild n said I want to cancel my order they processed it instead and no will not revers the transaticon.. I do not want the shoe jus my money back I should not have to pay restock fee if the shoes never left n still can not get ahold of flight club

I have a customer service, delivery and false advertising complaint. I order a shoe as described and was delivered a used, worn shoe and I have been unable to contact Flight Club to resolve this issue. Currently, they do not have a customer service phone line, which should be illegal, and they are unresponsive to email. I believe that someone fraudulently packaged the wrong shoe in attempt to scam me. How can a used, worn, different style shoe be packaged by flight club and delivered to my home. I have tried without avail to have someone contact me about this issue and I would love for this place to be investigated. Thank you for your time.

I have a flight club gift card that I received last year because I canceled my order and they don’t do “refunds” so they gave me the card with my money on it. I’ve been using it all year and it still has a balance of $90+ on it but this week I noticed on Flight Clubs site there is no option to use the gift card THEY gave me anymore. I’ve tried calling & emailing they don’t respond. This is ridiculous, I now have $90+ useless dollars of my hard earned money stuck on a gift card that I didn’t want in the first place. I wanted a refund but instead they gave me this card and now I can’t even use that? This needs to be addressed ASAP. If I can’t use the card then I want my money back on my personal card plain and simple.

I ordered the wrong pair of Yeezys, and immediately contacted the Flightclub support email to cancel my order. I received a generic email back- with no direct answer. I emailed several times after, as I found that a couple days after the pair of shoes was no longer pending on my account and actually went through, despite me canceling before the item shipped. Since, I still have not received any email about the item actually shipping and where it is/ a tracking number OR if I am being reimbursed. Flight club apparently has no phone number to call either. I need my money back or the shoes to come?!!!

I ordered sneakers from the business on 12/*** On 12/I received an email stating the sneakers had shipped, and on 12/I received *** tracking information which I was more than happy for. I opened the package within minutes and saw that the sole of the shoes was completely clean, however there was a major stain on the right toe of the sneaker. The *** tracking will show that I contacted the business within 5-10 minutes of receiving the package so I certainly did not wear the product. The business asked for more photos which I provided. The business then states that they could not process an exchange of the Flight Club hang tag was removed. I find it incredibly convenient that I would receive a damaged product and it would lack the one small tag that is needed to resolve this. There is no phone number to contact the business so I went to the store in person and was told the same thing. I have emailed several times and I receive the same response verbatim. I looked at the Yelp reviews which I should have done before I purchased anything and it seems to be a pattern of cheating customers out of money and no recourse.

I placed an order with them on 11//2018 and I have yet to recieve the shoes . They usually do not take this long to ship the shoes . I’ve tried to contact them multiple times since I placed the order and I always get the same response “ it takes 1-2 weeks for the shoes to ship if international” it’s been exactly 2 weeks and 1 day and I still have not received anything . I emailed them 3 different times on the matter and the last email they haven’t responded . I did my payments through affirm so now I’m being charged for a product I do not have . I need this issue resolved .

I recently agreed to ship two pairs of my Union 1 Jordan's, which are currently going for around $600 a pair, to one of Flight Club's warehouses. After getting notified that my shoes were accepted, I have been unable to find the listing on my page. E-mailing them, DMing them on Twitter, and calling has lead to zero human responses. After trying to login to my account today, it said my password was incorrect, I have changed it multiple times and it will not let me login to my account even though my password was changed and I'm 100% sure it is correct. They have not responded to any of my messages regarding this.
