Ordered a pair of sneakers November , 2018 for my son that were supposed to ship within 5 business days. Still have not received the product and no correspondence on shipping, but they have already taken my money?? Contacting customer service(which I have done several times) results in an automated template from "Ivory" every single time regardless of what you have written to them. Phone number does not work. I ordered from them 2 years ago and had a favorable experience. Very disappointed to say the least!!

Flight Club has always been easy to work with and very easy on all transactions. I regularly send my shoes to their locations for them to sell. Recently I sent a pair of 400$ shoes to location Flight Club - FC Consignment ***, *** The shoes were Concord 11 - size 10. The website normally does a good job of tracking all orders. It tracks orders in stages: Processing, Listed, Sold. My shoes are not showing up on any of these stages. I have contacted them via email 3 times now. I have USPS tracking number that shows these shoes were delivered to the address.

I ordered the wrong size shoes so I cancelled my order. I have sent numerous emails and I have not received any confirmation that my order is cancelled and that I will receive a refund. They have no working phone number to reach them at. I would just like to receive a refund.

I ordered a pair of shoes and they took my money but no product has been received. I have contacted their 24/7 support email address a couple times and no response. They don't publish a phone number to call or help. I have no shoes, no response and their system continues to say for 3 weeks that the status of my order is processing. At this point I want my money back. I have tried calling their store and I am not receiving a response from them I will not be ordering anything again but they owe me money.

On 11/*** I ordered a pair of Jordan Retro 12 sneakers from Flight Club. It has been 2 weeks and numerous emails later I have no sneakers. I have attempted to contact them and through email and get no response. They are sending me automated responses back with no resolution to my issue.

[On 12/I contacted Flight Club through email and was forwarded a message that orders take 1-2 to arrive in the domestic United States. I again contacted them through email on 12/*** wanting to know where my merchandise was with no response. On 12/*** I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com of NY and contacted my crdit card company to inform them I had not received my order. Flight Club did not send my order until AFTER I contacted the Revdex.com of NY which means they breached the contract of 1-2 delivery. I was never kept informed of what was happening. As a result I am requesting that Flight Club take back their sneakers and reimburse me $210 for them. I will pay to return them myself. They did not send my merchandise in a timely or efficient manner which caused me to have to order a second pair of sneakers from another company. I do not wish to do business with them and want a full refund.]

Ordered a pair of shoes on Nov 30th....order is In processing for 11 days...when I email the support email I'm told to expect shoes in 5 to 10 days total....pre generated responses....I would like my shoes or my money refunded to my card asap...I will NEVER do business with this company again.

I permitted my Grandson, *** to use my charge card to order shoes from Flight Club on November , 2018. Order Number *** The shoes have not been received. My Grandson and I keep emailing them and they state they got behind in orders the last week or two. Excuse me, these shoes were ordered November , 2018 not the last week or two. I have tried to call them and the telephone number are non-working. We want the shoes immediately or give the money back to my credit card.

Thank you for you quick response. My Grandson, ***, received his shoes late yesterday. I appreciate your hard work and dedication. I only wish we would have researched this company prior to buying anything from Flight Club. This is a great lesson learned.

On December , 2018 fligh club had a promo called “flight week”. Certain shoes were on sale and would be shipped the same day. Ive taken screenshots of all these as record.
After making my purchase..the funds were immediately charged from my debit card.
After waiting the business day..no shipping.
I tried contacting flight club...but with no store phone...no customer service phone...the only way was thru email.
Ive sent numerous messages..which shows as sent on the Goat app...a merger company that owns/bought flight club.
Not only have they not responded..but theyve managed to block me from sending messages! Ive sent a few since then and alas, it does not show as sent anymore on the app.
Anyone reading this, please...if you have the time...google search “flight club reviews”

Now, experiencing this horrible and non-existent customer service from flight club...I ask that my order be cancelled. Please issue a refund...asap.
Most of the reviews state they never even got their refund! Some said flight club responded after weeks to simply say “sorry the item is no longer available”...and wait another month for just a refund.

Please help me. Ive tried contacting flight club...with screenshots of messages sent...to no avail.

I haven't received my package in the time given by the store where I ordered the shoes to be delivered (Los Angeles location). I tried contacting customer service via phone but their number is disconnected. I emailed them numerous times and no response. I tried tracking the package through their website with the order number provided by them and my email address and it's not recognize in their system. I feel helpless at this point. This is a Christmas gift to someone very dear to me

I ordered a Christmas gift of shoes on 11//2018. They say orders usually shop in 1-2 weeks domestically however it's been almost 3 weeks and my order still shows as being processed. They only provide a email address to contact them and only provide automated email responses. I'd like to know where my order is and what the delay is.

I am not at all satisfied with the way this company handled my order and the dozens of other orders recently customers are complaining about. They took my order, then my money, and then waited 3 weeks to cancel my order because they didn't have the item. That to me is unacceptable. They should not be allowed to do business like that.

I placed an order for a $300 pair of Yeezy shoes for my son for Christmas. The order was placed on Nov ,2018 and have not received the shoes yet. It has been 19 days and I have not received the shoes yet. According to the website items are shipped within 7 business days from ordering and an email will be receive once shipped. I have received no such email. I did email the company as there is not working phone number and received an automated email stating they are experiencing high volume of orders however it doesn’t give an estimated delivery date. They took the money from my account so I need the order received.

On 12-*-18, I placed a order for a pair of shoes online and it was stated that the order would ship that day, on the following day I had not received anything as far as the order having been shipped so I sent a email to find out the status of the order the response was that there was a issue with the toe box having a smudge or being dirty and I was ask if I wanted to continue the order and accept the shoes as is or cancel the order and receive a refund I opted for the refund, no response was sent to my request for a refund, all emails I have sent to inquire the status of the refund have been answered with a notation has been made or the issue has been escalated to the correct department with no refund having been issued, they gave me a order # *** and when I go to their order tracker it just show that the order is still being processed.

Sold a fake pair of Concord 11 Jordans. Their website states that they only sell authentic shoes. I spent 700$ for a pair of shoes that came noticed to be fake due to leather size. The shoes did not match! I still have their logo band attatchedbto the shoes and contacted customer service. I was told I would be helped within 48 hours. A week passed by and I hard back from no one. I contacted again and was told I was not going to be helped and never recieved a response after that even though I submitted photos showing that the shoes were not a match.

The shoes are DRASTICALLY different. They are an inch different and do not fit the same. The manufacturer would not make the difference an inch I would understand 1/4 of an inch but a whole inch is unacceptable. The shoes are fake and I request a refund or exchange. I was promised authentic shoes and they were falsely advertised.

Flight club has not kept their policy the shoes are NOT authentic and as you can notice in both pictures the leather sides are about an inch in difference. I will like to have my refund, the shoes are visibly in perfect condition and are as they were received. The shoes are not authentic at all, I can provide more photos if necessary measuring the difference on each shoe. I want a refund to my account and I will ship the shoes back to flight club once I receive the refund. They also should remove the policy that all shoes are authentic when they are not keeping up with their own word.

We assure all shoes are authentic and thoroughly inspected prior to being accepted for intake and shipped out to consumers. According to our policy, due to the hangtag not being attached and the shoes being visibly worn we are not able to honor a return request.

I ordered a pair on Jordan retro 14 candy cane on 12-*-18 my order was suppose to be shipped out within 1 to 2 business day which to no avail they weren't my order kept saying processing, So I contacted customer service which was an automatic teletype and it stated that my shoes was on hold due to a yellowish stain on the shoes... however I was never contacted about the issue...I've read multiple complaints about the poor customer service & delivery service after the fact of purchase... I would just like my funds back in a timely matter so that I can surprise my son with his Christmas gift that I promised him...... Thank you Revdex.com for your help

I placed my order on November , 2019 for 2 pairs of sneakers. One women’s retro 11 and a men’s retro 3 sneaker. I received the women’s retro 11 pair on December *** and I have not received the retro 3 pair men’s. I have been emailing back and forth all week and all I keep getting is scripted responses from the rep and nothing that can assure me that my request is being handled. I was told that this was going to be sent to the escalation dept on Wednesday dec and I am yet to hear back what is going on. This is super u professional for a company to treat people like this. I just want my sneakers that I paid for.

Shoe are taking longer than 5 to 10 business days. Can’t contact no human being. I paid too much money for service this. I received one item on the 9th day but the second item is saying it’s still being processed. I order these shoes to wear on a special day. Now it’s not going work because the shoes not here yet. I purchased a pair of Jordan 3 ‘joker’ shoes on nov ***. 5 days later, the day they were to be delivered, I checked my order to find I was cancelled out of no where. I contacted them and they said that in December *** their system malfunctioned and changed prices so they could not fulfill my order. However, I purchased these prior to their system error. So the order should be fulfilled. When I try to contact them about this, their ‘customer service’ just sends the exact same response. Copy and paste style and refuse to even work with me.

According to our records, your order was canceled and refunded in full due to the merchandise no longer being in stock and not due to a pricing issue. We merged with G.O.A.T marketplace earlier this year and the following is a link to an 8.5 AIR JORDAN 3 RETRO 'JOKER' currently listed at $255. ***. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience as we cannot proceed with the order since we have processed a refund but we know that the listing from G.O.A.T will turn your experience around.

I accidentally placed a mistaken order on their website. Their is no method to cancel an order online so I attempted to call in, but the customer service number is no longer in service. I then emailed their support line as well as their contact line several times attempting to cancel the order, but have not received a reply to any of my emails. The order status has since progressed from "under review" to "processing", and I am very concerned that they will not cancel the order before it is sent out.
