If no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: this company is covering this up they screen shot the iternary I did not have a full detailed and he called me regarding changes and said everything will be taken care [redacted] delta I got them mixed up but that’s not the case these people scam if you see the reviews it happen to a lot of people and it’s said I already had my seats set up next to each other’s and got confirmation then they switched me when the airlines were going up due to holiday so what choice do we have these people knew what there doing and charged me a fee off 400.00 I am requesting that back I had to call these people numerous of times for confirmation never got they send screenshots of things they want us to have they stated nothing for a refund or cancellation I called them numerous of times and ask for the owner they pass it around to people and acting supervisor all the time and it sounds like the guy I booked it with all I want is the service fee back of 400 and I would never book with them again they tell me there out of country I tried to resolve it when I got back from vacation and he said too bad use words that were not professional I told him I was going to report him and he said there not going to do anything and laughed then hung up the only thing I’m asking for is the service fee and again never will I deal with them ever and make sure my family and friends are warned they lie and truck you do I’m asking for 400 back and it’s gone he charged me over 1200. Which when I spoke to airlines to complain they told me they over charged Regards, [redacted]

Hi,Passenger has originally booked with us for [redacted], however, she is claiming that she was booked for [redacted]. Please see the 1st attachment for the same. in the 1st attachment, you can see that she was booked for [redacted] only. When she booked the reservation with us, she agreed for...

the terms and conditions on our website, see the 2nd attachment for terms and conditions.Then we proposed the passenger for a new option with the [redacted] for the similar timings and passenger agreed for the new option with the [redacted] (Please see attached the 3rd document for the authorization). If she didn't liked the new option, then she could have simply denied for the new option.Then finally we sent the e-tickets to passenger several times asking, if we can further assist her.We had already informed the passenger that she will have to contact directly for any of the services from the airlines, as we don't have any control on the services from the airlines. We can provide the Airlines tickets only.Also advised passenger to contact the Airlines to assign the seating as we were unable to assign the seating. Passenger called the airlines directly to assign the seating.After two months of booking, now passenger returned to us claiming for the refund as she didn't get the services from the airlines.Please find attached the supporting documents for your reference that passenger has agreed to our terms and conditions and the new option, only then we had issued the tickets with the [redacted]. We had mentioned each and every thing regarding our services.Please check and let us know, if you need any further documentation regarding the same.Thanks
