paywall goes up where they consumer would then be charged $2.99 for future searches and if it is a business $29.99.She says their site doesn't cover 100% of flights, nor claims too She said that they are part of a billion dollar company and don't have time to reply to a 29.99 charge that the consumer could take care of himself disputingShe said they will not respond to this complaint in writing now or in the future and that the consumer needs to dispute it with his bank/credit card company and get refunded that way

Provide a refund.  I don't care how big their business is.Does [redacted] tell customers to call their credit card company to dispute a transaction because they are "billion dollar company"?This is the most pretentious and unhelpful response I've ever heard from a "customer service" branch of a business. Pathetic.
