Per Conversation with Betty from the Business:She doesn't understand why the consumer didn't just dispute the charge through his bank/credit card com like most people do to get the refund.She said that the information is on their site at says the consumer gets up to free searches and then a paywall goes up where they consumer would then be charged $for future searches and if it is a business $29.99.She says their site doesn't cover 100% of flights, nor claims too She said that they are part of a billion dollar company and don't have time to reply to a charge that the consumer could take care of himself disputingShe said they will not respond to this complaint in writing now or in the future and that the consumer needs to dispute it with his bank/credit card company and get refunded that way
