Not User Friendly
Spent 45 minutes setting up and registering. Site kept telling me my phone number was wrong. Tech support told me to just put in 9 random numbers to go forward (it requires 11 including zip and the 1). It didn't. Finally got signed up and created a post card. The system told my my "return address" was wrong and took me to accounts. Reset again and the system erased my "postcard". Chatted with tech support again and they said "thanks for the feedback", not "Let me help you". Finally they told me that their service was "Just not for me" and I was dismissed. No wonder these prison services all have such horrible reviews.

First of all that is entirely untrue! I go there every week, and as a Prison Society Rep, have ability to speak to official's and get answers to things within reasonWhy the unnecessary lies? Also, I had to request and attempt to communicate several times before the small refund was issued, and the credits stated were supposed to be 8, which disappeared from account and I reported, as well as the continuous issues with account What has been done? What official, legitimate, wanting to help people and understand it's consumer/customer LIE the way they did numerous times to ME and Revdex.com!?????? UNACCEPTABLE!!! Especially from several woman I know, not only in PA have experienced issues Not just at MY facility Other stranger have experienced issues And not once did they state any changes in the facility So what did the facility lie to me on now? First everything was normal, no issues, nothing ever mentioned with facility Then I learn on my own they will not accept them, never from them, yet I was lied to by the facility? Yet, they lied to Revdex.com to state THEY informed me they won't accept? What's the story already....continuous lies here; very unprofessional and unacceptable and too many people and agencies I know need to be cautious of things like this as well valued by a company!!! Not treated like this! You tell me what to do at this point when I have all the proof of the exchanges and lies and it continues already only showing me what myself or others shouldn't dare trust!!! A real company that values its service and customers wouldn't have handled things like this!!!!!! Never will I trust this! And check all the answers they gave!!! LIES and varies! Why lie? Especially if trying to do right by customers and consumers! I have proof I also was promised credits that were in account and disappeared..explain the bs I have written proof! This issue was resolved with this userThis user placed orders with Flikshop, and we shipped the orderThe facility in which we shipped to does not allow Flikshop postcards any longer, due to their own rules and regulationsWe have contacted the facility and the facility has made it known that they will not allow Flikshop, or any other company, to send postcards to inmatesThis is one of a few facilities in the entire country whom have decided to have their own mail regulations for postcardsFlikshop cannot control this.We notified this customer of this issue, and have also noted within the Flikshop app that this facility is "Unauthorized" ( [redacted] in Pennsylvania)This user is unfamiliar with the technology, so our CEO took the time to walk her through each step using his PERSONAL [redacted] pageHe issued a refund, as well as left several free Flikshop Credits on her account in case the inmate was transferred to one of the other facilities that allowed the mail to come inThe user continued to persist in ordering, after being made aware on several attempts that her facility will not allow them, as well as her Address Book within the mobile app being updated to reflect the change in her Address Book.If a users info has changed (including a facility name) in the Flikshop app (or any other app or website) an error will generateThis user experienced this error, and after working to attempt to rectify the problem the user continued to persist in her efforts to attack Flikshop for the problem not being solved.We have attached the two refunds that were given on Oct27, Please remove this accusation

We are more than willing to send this user's Flikshop back to the prison facility, and have a scanned copy of the rejected Flikshop that the prison sent back to our companyOur users get lied to all of the time from prison officials, so that they can get them off of their phonesThis is normal.There is not any benefit for our large organization to hold just one out of hundreds of thousands of user's Flikshop postcardEach Flikshop is only $We have also reached out to this user via email when the Flikshop was first returned to us to ensure that they knew immediately (well before the user reached out to us) what happened with their Flikshop order.We understand the frustration of dealing with prison officials, and have offered every resolution possible for this userThis seems to be more of an attack on our company, rather than a sincere desire for the user to benefit like all of the thousands of users of the Flikshop mobile app

This complaint is due to the prison facility returning the customer's orderOur company does not have any control over the prison facility administration, and as the complainant has said, we notified her immediately when the order was returned to us.We have also contacted the complainant and have
issued a full refund for orders that were returned to usThe complainant has used our service over times without any issuesThis complaint has been resolved well before this complaint was sent to us from Revdex.com

I got charge 3 times on my account and never use this service before. I called ever number and it disconnected or not answering at this time. They even send me a text saying it busy can I text my problem and then no answer. What is up with this?

I am totally rejecting this response because: I called and spoke to the Mailroom superintendent at SCI-Retreat, and they had said: "We never rejected a Flikshop postcard! We only reject [redacted] pictures" My BFF is going through a similar nightmare. Her name is: [redacted] & She too called the Mailroom superintendent & they gave her the exact same response I got.

The refund has been issued. The user has Flikshop Credits. The facility has lied to the user. What would the user like to see done?

I successfully used Flikshop one time with the free credit they provided, then purchased 10 credits, Flikshop charged my bank account, but I never received the credits. My account with them says I have 0 credits. I tried to resolve the issue by emailing flikshop 5 days ago as email is the only way you can contact them, and I have still yet to have the issue resolved and have not heard back.

Review: On 6/30/14, Flikshop shipped my postcard order to [redacted]ney [redacted]. On 8/28/14, Flikshop Customer service sent an email informing me that my postcard was declined by the facility. In that email, [redacted]ney [redacted] was misspelled as [redacted]ey [redacted].

On 9/17/14, Flikshop shipped my postcard orders to [redacted]ney [redacted]. On 10/20/14, Flikshop Customer service sent an email informing me that my postcard orders were returned back to Flikshop by the facility.

I had called the facility and they had told me that they have never sent back or declined a Flikshop postcard.

I have copies of the 2 emails Flikshop Customer Service sent to me. I also think my Flikshop account may have been hacked.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund and my account closed!

This complaint is due to the prison facility returning the customer's order. Our company does not have any control over the prison facility administration, and as the complainant has said, we notified her immediately when the order was returned to us.

Review: I am making a complaint because this service provider has been comprised. I attempted to send my husbad a flikshop Monday evening of Oct. 27th, it was not working, redirecting me to purchase and ended up purchasing 2 flikshop postcards, .99 cents each, in which my bank paid the next day, cleared my account. The postcard I attempted to send never was able to be sent as it kept reverting back to 0 credits requiring purchase again! And Internal msgs. I attempted to leave work with CEO who askd me to email flikshop so technicians can respond, in which I forward both "thank you for your purchase" emails to the email, and let him know as well. 3 days passed and no response. I again let him know this, and he looked into account, stated it was encrypted, etc. Asked me about some older version of ap which I would have no clue on, and then claims I got my 2 credits plus extra totaling 8 and stated for me to download the newer version. I did all that. It showed 8 flikshop credits, yet to this day, I cannot send, same internal issues, says 0 reverts to requiring purchase. I again let him know. I also let him know that they were hacked that I also got alerted on 28th from my [redacted] bank and for my protection they immediately reissuing new card/numbers, etc. I informed him, etc. They were hacked and same issues arise. On the flikshop fb page others have had similar struggles, all beginning with NOT sending the flikshop! It's NOT being fixed and is a serious concern/risk. I was compromised and my bank had to reissue me causing major inconvenience now as well to my monthly issues that were attached. Other ladies in my group had issues and our scared and frustrated, one of which filed a complaint a few days ago, complaint number [redacted]. CEO informed it was prison sending back to her. I am a prison society member and my husband at this same prison. I was able to call and speak to them and this did not occur from prison! Untrue! ???? Something is going wrong is the CEO says they were not "hacked"?Desired Settlement: I would like refund correctly and the credit that was stated I was given with it.
