Review: Gave 30 days notice my daughter would no longer be with their competition cheer team. I have a copy of the written notice they received, but they failed to provide that to the bank when I fought the transaction. After seeing my daughter with her new cheer team, they decided to withdraw 2 months tuition from my bank account. I disputed it as fraud since I had ended the contract appropriately. They fought it and attached my exes bill that was unpaid. They refuse to speak to me or allow me in their office to handle this myself. They refuse to issue a refund, even though it was taken out wrongfully. They only took the money to be spiteful since they lost an entire cheer team and a huge source of income for their business. I withdrew my daughter in May. They withdrew the money in August. I have received several emails from the owner of Flip Factory claiming to be the owner of the new gym, which stated that my children didn't fit in and were removed from the gym. There have been several parents that have been harassed by the previous owner and the owners child is bullying her former teammates in school because they chose to leave this team.Desired Settlement: The only option is for them to issue a full refund of the money they withdrew wrongfully.

[redacted] has not been honest with you in any part of her claim against our company. We to this day have still never received a written notice of cancellation as required by all of our customer agreements. This is an agreement she signed with her credit card information, and her signature authorizing charges, if she fails to make a payment. We staff our classes based on enrollment, and must have notice of withdrawal, to adjust our staffing. She had 2 daughters on our cheer team, and only after the charges, claimed to you and her bank that she gave proper notice, and then fraudulently backdated a recent letter, which by the way only names one of her daughters. We did not lose an entire team as she claimed. At the end of every season some kids leave, it is the nature of our sport. Nothing was done out of spite. She has never once contacted us to try to resolve this as she claims. She has never been told by anyone she's not allowed in our offices. My wife and myself have been the owners or Flip Factory since its inception in 1998. There are no new owners, and we have sent her no emails at all. She in harmony with her letter to you claims on Facebook that my daughter has been harassing her daughters at school,but our children don't go to the same school. I would not tolerate my daughter bullying anyone! We've raised her differently, and it is not in her nature. No previous clients have been harassed, by any member of our staff. Since receipt of this complaint, we've decided to stop fighting the chargeback from credit card company, and she will keep the $160, already refunded to her by our credit card company. We will instead be filing a small claims suit for those months and every month till receipt of this complaint, which we now consider notice of withdrawal from our program. We trust that since she has received the refund she was demanding, that you will consider us as responded to, resolved, and this matter will be closed.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I will be faxing the paperwork that goes along with this shortly. The owner DID receive a notice saying that my child would no longer be continuing with the cheer team at Flip Factory Gymnastics and it was not fraudulent. I did not say that the owner's child said or did anything to my oldest daughter, who was not on his cheer team as he claims. She tried it out during the month of May and decided to not continue on with Flip Factory. A different child, that I will not name on here, did and is continuing to repeatedly bully my oldest daughter at her school by calling her [redacted] for choosing to be on a different cheer team. The owners daughter has done some bullying to a different child, not mine, whether he wants to admit it or not. [redacted] did not know my daughter switched to a different team until he saw her perform at a Spokane Shock halftime show in June. The invoice/bill [redacted] provided to the bank showing that I owe the money isn't even in my name. They also bill in advance and I did not sign up to continue on with Flip Factory's competitive cheer team. I have never seen an invoice or a bill from Flip Factory during the 2 years my daughter was there. I, along with several other parents, were told that they don't provide that. I am also attaching the email I received, which was from [redacted]. This email is word for word, exactly what [redacted] told me regarding my youngest daughter being almost kicked off his team in March. This email did not come from her new gym or the owner at the new gym.

Also, they do not staff their practices according to how many children they have attending. They have been through numerous coaches since we started there 2 years ago and they didn't have a coach when we left. I can think of at least 8 coaches right now. He can threaten to take me to court if he chooses. I think that is extremely bad for his business and says a lot about him.
