Review: We purchased a pallet of items to resell on [redacted] from Flip Goods on Saturday, April 9, 2016. When we got home we only had a portion of the items on the [redacted]. We called and spoke to [redacted] and he asked us to take a picture of the pallet label and the [redacted] and send to him which we did. Upon further research we realized the [redacted] was actually two [redacted]s stapled together in error. We did receive the items on the top page [redacted] for 35 items but we were charged for [redacted] for 118 items. We are requesting a refund (actually a store credit)of the difference of the two [redacted]s which is $304.88. I have called and emailed but they are not responding. Their only comment has been we should have checked the items before we left their warehouse. Although that is correct I don't feel we should be out $304.88 because someone in their employment made an error by stapling 2 [redacted]s together. Their employees did not even catch that there were 2 [redacted]s stapled together.Desired Settlement: Although we requested a store credit we have now changed our minds and would like them to credit $304.88 to our credit card that we paid for the items with. We will not be doing business there any longer. We drove from Sacramento to Modesto to do business with them. At this point they have not proven they are honest in running their business. Unfortunately, I did not look at online reviews for their company. Now that I have it appears this is the normal way they do business according to Yelp.

[redacted] Stated "It was a honest mistake and we will be more than happy to refund her the $304.88 however, she does need to return to the store with her credit card so we can put the money back on the cars, because she did not want the [redacted] option we gave."

I am rejecting this response because: We are not necessarily rejecting Flip Goods comments but we will not be driving 182 miles round trip to give our credit card so we can get our refund. We also do not feel we should have to pay any additional fees that Paypal will charge us for a refund that we feel we are entitled to. Since we had already opened a Dispute with our Credit Card company I have emailed them tonight to see if they can help Flip Goods refund the $304.88. We are happy Flip Goods has acknowledged the error but are disappointed it took almost a month for them to respond to our complaint with Revdex.com. If our credit card company can not help us we would like Flip Goods to mail us a check in the amount of $304.88.Thank you
