This seems great, but these guys are shady and I lost top status on 1/airlines
I fly a lot for a large corporate company and have top status on multiple airlines and hotelsI had never used this service before and figured I could cash in on my milesTurns out, the guys running this thing are half brain deadThey put your account at risk with just simply ignoring basic rules for the points program and it cost me my *** *** top statusI almost lost top status for *** and *** (Hotels), but because I do so much business with them I was able to get a warning
When I had an issue, these guys didn't do anything but ignore the emails
Now, I am being charged a fee for reversing my decision to not sell points after getting caught and getting a warningThe guy said "lets keep trying to get those points sold!"Are you stupid? They flagged my account, threaten to take 300,points from me and told me not to do it again and you want me to risk it? If the points don't go through, they can get their money back on ***, but I don't get my points or money and I lose my status
Scam, use a different site or in general just give them to friends and family for less cashMuch better
