Hello I was very ill and could not respond within the time neededThis business still hasn't refunded my money from my order placed on Sept 15thand I still can't believe this and that I had to involve you and still nothing after I have asked them multiple times. The lady in her first response said all I had to do was ask. I asked many times! As being a business and saying on their webpage they offer buyer protection and refund if your order is not received within 6-days they should have refunded me in good faith and it never had to go this farI couldn't accept there response because that meant the issue was resolved. Can anything be done now? Thank you, Melissa ***

if you send 1000 messages there and thought oh this is scam, you are wrong. Let me explain to you why there's a delay for delivery. Running low on stock on the size you ordered. The last stock we received on the size you ordered has been damaged and it was sent back. We are a waiting for a new stock. We have plenty of stock in other sizes.
