We have displayed the ads of our customer [redacted] over 40,000 times online per our contract.  We provide the means for our customers to edit the content of their ads.  We do not make any guarantees concerning the results that our customers will receive from their advertising...

campaigns.  We provide advice and support for our customers' advertising endeavors but we do not promise that this support will be immediate.We inform the customer, before they confirm purchase on our sign up page, that our product involves recurring monthly charges.  This is a feature which most of our customers prefer as it reduces the risk of interruptions in their service.  We also notify the user of this recurring feature in our purchase confirmation email: "Note: your ad subscription will continue on a month-to-month basis after the initial term".  We also display in the online dashboard when the next payment will occur and for how much.  Per our policy, we require that customers cancel 2 business days prior to any charge that they wish to avoid.  This policy is clearly stated in our online dashboard.  Our product involves advertising expenses which cannot be returned.We are sorry that [redacted] is unhappy with the results that she received advertising with Flipt.  Her account has been cancelled and she will not be billed again.  We cannot, however, offer a refund for advertising which has already been paid for.
