Paid for wedding dress in January 2014 No product or money returned when I was told I would get a full refundOrdered wedding dress jan 3, 2014. Paid $1098.98 - $498 by credit card and $600 with gift cards. No product provided as of August 1. Owner signed contract stating she would do full refund by August 5. Would not provide information as to where the dress was between january and august. Owner then stated the bridal dress company "[redacted]" on July 15 would not sell her my wedding dress so she was going to go through some person she found online. Still not fulfilling to get the dress. Owner of store would tell me to come in at least once a month to come pick up the dress even though she knew she did not order it. Bridesmaid dresses were paid in full. 5 dresses at $200 a dress and 5 dresses ordered. I contacted the company where the dresses are made and are located and owner of flirt did not pay for the dresses until I made her sign a contract that she would pay for them. My wedding is august 23. Owner of flirt has signs posted that dresses will arrive within 4-6 months. It was now 8 months. Owner of flirt would not provide a tracking number told myself that she is going to be going backrupt so she has no money to pay me back. When I got a new wedding dress, owner of flirt threatend to not give me back a refund if I went to another specific store. [redacted]Business Response The client "[redacted]" has been issued a full refund in the form or two email transfers as listed as well as cash handed over to her in the store for a total of $1098.90. [redacted] it stated on the contract that only one gift card was to be used but my staff made a mistake and took $600.00 in gift cards and put towards her dress. When she complained I then allowed the gift cards to stand. [redacted]. Her dress arrived days before the wedding so yes it arrived late. Due to circumstances beyond my control. So two weeks before her wedding I made arrangements and followed through on the refund. She walked away with cash even thought the gift cards were bought at a discount at auction. She has also contacted her credit card provider and is trying to get her money back from them even thought she already has her refund. As the signed contract stated I would be paid then. When no money was recieved and requiring that money would help pay for my wedding I needed to find another solution [redacted]. 2 weeks later I recieved half the payment and then another week later another payment. Flirt and formal advertised giftcards with no product rules stating the amount of giftcards to be used. [redacted]. [redacted]
