Flirt Salon Reviews (22)

Hello Jasemine,Please see the attachedI think the attachement validates my Stylist concern regarding the client simply attempting to scam our business without having the intention to pay to begin with (she is also attempting to get refund with her credit card company)I'm attaching it for your records.Regarding the complaintEmily has been working for Flirt salon over three yearsDuring this time she hasn't had any complaintsShe is also one of the most saw after Stylists in our area and has been trained in the most advanced color techniques.I myself was present during clients arrival and can confirm what Emily states in her report regarding clients hair condition prior to her hair service is truthAs a license cosmetologist of years, I believe Emily had chosen the best approach in accommodating client's requestsReasonable expectations and a price quote was given prior to the service during which client changed her service to more affordable service due to budget limitation addressed at the time and expressed understanding with the unpredictable outcome due to prior color services preformed outside of the salon while gave permission to proceed. Please note test strands are only preformed when we are cocern about the color procedure affecting the integrity of hair or if client is not flexible with the outcome requested after we comunicate what is reasonable outcome to expect as hair is not an exact scienceIn this scenario it appeared client had an understanding based on her Stylist providing description and past hair service of what to expect especially considering that the client had similar color that was grown out when she arrived (dark base color with highlights). Also please note that the whole service included allover color, cut and highlights and the dispute is regarding the highlights part of serviceNot the service in it's entityOur video surveillance shows Emily showing client the outcome ( when the highlights were lighter) and choosing additional toningThis was about minutes before closingAlso the outcome Emily was able to accomplish had much more desirable color result than the existing highlights. The Salon manager stayed pass closing hours to assure client left happy and didn't have to reschedule to achieve a look she was happy withAs our receptionist has a night class and cannot stay pass closing hours. We are sorry that the client is not happy with the outcome of her highlights.By lifting the toner out we can get back to the lighter color she has seen her hair is able to lift toHowever the ends that don't lift the same will than show the difference in color again as she initially observed.Toners are used in this type of lifting because they are temporary and eventually fade as with couple of hair trimms the color we are unable to lift will be gone, as explained by Emily.Flirt Salon is one of the most awarded local SalonsWe have Advanced StylistIf client is simply not comfortable with Emily we will be happy to offer adjustment with any of our other StylistsIn addition to what we already offered (to highlight or tint back complimentary), we also would like to offer complimentary PRO Solutionist Deep TreatmentUnfortunately we are unable to issue a refund due to our policiesPlease let us know if there is anything else we can help with.Thank you!Sincerely,Yani K*** Owner FLIRT Salon LLC [redacted]

Unfortunately Emily's adaptation of last weeks events are falseMy old highlights were old and faded not bright yellow or orange, also my hair was not dyed black beforeAs professionals, Emily and her manager could have said they couldnt produce golden blonde or that my hair might turn red or they could have in the beginning at least done a test stripStandard time is more or less two hours for this service and I was there for more than four hours, even after closing time, with two professionals trying to fix my hair colorI also did not get their offered free scalp or hand massage due to them trying and failing to fix my hairUnder societal pressure I paid and tipped even though I was dissatisfiedIt is slander that she is stating I want service for free. The reason I do not want to step back into their salon is because I cannot trust them and the rapport is all lostIf I did not truly feel like I was wronged I wouldn't take it this farI need my money refunded so I can go to a credible and reliable hair colorist to fix my hair that I've been wearing around for two weeks nowAt the end of the day, I did not get the blonde highlights, I got red hairPlease see picturesI am not happy at all with the hair color they produced or their level of customer service

To whom it may concern,The folowing email is our second respond regarding Flirt Salon and [redacted] complaintAttached please find reports from her Stylist as well as receptionist. In the effort to better understand/assist clients concern I have forwarded her feedback to the toner/glace manufacturer representativeI was advised that it appears that acces heat styling have been applied to the hair Styling at home resulting in fadingEven though considering the hair before and after taken at the salon and by client herself /compliments received after changing her Facebook profile picture (see attached) confirms positive outcome at the time of serviceI have discovered the Facebook feedback after Jennifer posted negative feedbak about her service, noticing her profile pictureThinking that people usually use pictures of themselves they like as profile pictures. There seems to be inconsistencies regarding clients feedback and the feedback provided by my staff I'm sorry that client feels that we didn't achieve what she was looking for, however we can only use her feedback at the time of service as reference.I have been authorized by the manufacturer to issue two complementary toners/glaze services at clients convenience within the next days to address her concernsWe are also including complimentary Fashion Style for both visits aswell as Matrix PRO Solutionist Deep treatment as originally recomended by her StylistThe manufacturer requires us to inform client that any at home coloring, hot styling tools, accesive hair washing while using hot watter etcwill result in faster fading and that the use of Salon recomended homecare will help assure toner longevityEven though this kind of accommodation is outside of our standard service guarantee listed on our website aswell as at the salon, ultimately Flirt Salon and it's product manufacturers stand behind their productAssuring clients satisfaction is our number one priorityWe hope Jennifer Emerson will be pleased with this offer. Please let us know if there is anything else we can doThank you!Sincerely, Yani KulowOwner FLIRT Salon LLC S: [redacted] www.FlirtHairSalon.com

On Monday February 27th I had a client named *** *** come in for a full highlight and haircutWe had consultation which happens prior to any service, we discussed what she was looking to get done to her hairShe had old highlights that she said was done in October that were bright
yellow on top and reddish brown on her mids and endsShe also had some grey hairShe said she wanted full coverage for her grey hair and also golden blonde highlightsI explained to her that because she had previously been coloring her hair black that I probably wouldn't be able to get her that blonde but I would try to get them as light as possible and try to blend her ends and rootsshe said okay, that was fineI gave her a new quote for the Grey coverage color at her roots as well as a full highlight with a toner and a haircutShe didn't want to pay that much so we settled on a partial highlight with color at her root and a toner and haircutThe total was She agreed and we startedHer claim that it was supposed to be an hour and a half appointment is wrongStandart time for this kind of appointment is hoursWhen her highlights were done lifting I reiterated to her that the mids and ends did not lift enough as I had previously stated and that I would balance them out with toner which was going to be darker than the golden blonde that she was hoping forI took her to the shampoo bowl to apply her toner at which time I did give her a scalp massage and hot towel with a hand massage which she stated I didnt do, but I very much didThe toner wasn't taking well because her hair was very porousI really wanted to make sure she was happy so I asked my manager Amy to come over and consult with me as she is also our salons color specialistAfter getting her advise I aplied an additional toner to balance out her highlight color betterThe manager Amy and I stayed an hour past our closing time going above and beyond our service guarantee to appease the client LauraAt the end of the service she said she was happy with the highlights and pleased that we were able to balance her so well from roots to endsI also informed her that if she felt that she would like another toner that she could come back in within two weeks and we would apply another toner at no extra charge. The fact that she also left me a dollar tip is also another indicator that she was happy with her serviceIf she had been upset or didn't like what I gave her then she wouldn't have left me a tipSince she was not intending on spending what I charge for these services I believe she is just trying to get a service for freeShe was given many options as to make her happy and she refused, because she was happy with her serviceShe said she was happy with her service and even tipped me dollarsThe fact is that myself as well as the rest of the staff here at flirt went above and beyond for this client.Sincerely Emily H***

Unfortunately Emily's adaptation of last weeks events are false. My old highlights were old and faded not bright yellow or orange, also my hair was not dyed black before. As professionals, Emily and her manager could have said they couldnt produce golden blonde or that my hair might turn red or they could have in the beginning at least done a test strip. Standard time is more or less two hours for this service and I was there for more than four hours, even after closing time, with two professionals trying to fix my hair color. I also did not get their offered free scalp or hand massage due to them trying and failing to fix my hair. Under societal pressure I paid and tipped even though I was dissatisfied. It is slander that she is stating I want service for free. The reason I do not want to step back into their salon is because I cannot trust them and the rapport is all lost. If I did not truly feel like I was wronged I wouldn't take it this far. I need my money refunded so I can go to a credible and reliable hair colorist to fix my hair that I've been wearing around for two weeks now. At the end of the day, I did not get the blonde highlights, I got red hair. Please see pictures. I am not happy at all with the hair color they produced or their level of customer service.

Hello Jasemine,Please see the attached. I think the attachement validates my Stylist concern regarding the client simply attempting to scam our business without having the intention to pay to begin with (she is also attempting to get refund with her credit card company). I'm attaching it for your records.Regarding the complaint. Emily has been working for Flirt salon over three years. During this time she hasn't had any complaints. She is also one of the most saw after Stylists in our area and has been trained in the most advanced color techniques.I myself was present during clients arrival and can confirm what Emily states in her report regarding clients hair condition prior to her hair service is truth. As a license cosmetologist of 17 years, I believe Emily had chosen the best approach in accommodating client's requests. Reasonable expectations and a price quote was given prior to the service during which client changed her service to more affordable service due to budget limitation addressed at the time and expressed understanding with the unpredictable outcome due to prior color services preformed outside of the salon while gave permission to proceed. Please note test strands are only preformed when we are cocern about the color procedure affecting the integrity of hair or if client is not flexible with the outcome requested after we comunicate what is reasonable outcome to expect as hair is not an exact science. In this scenario it appeared client had an understanding based on her Stylist providing description and past hair service of what to expect especially considering that the client had similar color that was grown out when she arrived (dark base color with highlights). Also please note that the whole service included allover color, cut and highlights and the dispute is regarding the highlights part of service. Not the service in it's entity. Our video surveillance shows Emily showing client the outcome ( when the highlights were lighter) and choosing additional toning. This was about 15 minutes before closing. Also the outcome Emily was able to accomplish had much more desirable color result than the existing highlights. The Salon manager stayed pass closing hours to assure client left happy and didn't have to reschedule to achieve a look she was happy with. As our receptionist has a night class and cannot stay pass closing hours. We are sorry that the client is not happy with the outcome of her highlights.By lifting the toner out we can get back to the lighter color she has seen her hair is able to lift to. However the ends that don't lift the same will than show the difference in color again as she initially observed.Toners are used in this type of lifting because they are temporary and eventually fade as with couple of hair trimms the color we are unable to lift will be gone, as explained by Emily.Flirt Salon is one of the most awarded local Salons. We have 10 Advanced Stylist. If client is simply not comfortable with Emily we will be happy to offer adjustment with any of our other Stylists. In addition to what we already offered (to highlight or tint back complimentary), we also would like to offer complimentary PRO Solutionist Deep Treatment. Unfortunately we are unable to issue a refund due to our policies. Please let us know if there is anything else we can help with.Thank you!Sincerely,Yani K[redacted] Owner FLIRT Salon LLC [redacted]

To whom it may concern,Upon receiving the mention hair service at Flirt Salon client informed us about stripping the hair color her self and box coloring over her hair at home hence her awareness about her hair tangling easily mention in her feedback. As mentioned our Stylist applied toner twice to...

get better result due to hair poresness caused by the at home stripping of color. To go above and beond she also offered complimentary toner withing two weeks. Client, happy with the result posted, even posted picture of herself as her new profile picture and received several compliments (we have pic from her Facebook to confirm). I dont see an attachement availabilty through this platform. We also have before and after pic taken at the salon. Even though as per our policy we can't guarantee color without the usage of our at home care product we have offered client complimentary toner as in her initial complaint her concern was that the toner faded too quickly. Not satisfied with the outcome client came directly to the salon caused a seen threatening to "ruin our reputation" if she doesn't get refund, uppon which Flirt Salon requested assistance of the police, however by the time the officer arrived the client and her boyfriend have left the salon. We stand behind our work product and all guarantees listed in our policies. Even though the client did not purchase the recomended  at home care we are offering complimentary toner that includes also  fashion style to take care of her concerns. Please let me know where I can submit the before and after taken at the Salon during the time of service along with contradicing statments made by client throughout review sites and social network to confirm we have attended to this matter in timely, professional fashion. Best Regards,Yani K[redacted]Owner FLIRT Salon LLC [redacted]

To whom it may concern,The folowing email is our second respond regarding Flirt Salon and [redacted] complaint. Attached please find reports from her Stylist as well as receptionist. In the effort to better understand/assist clients concern I have forwarded her feedback to the toner/glace manufacturer representative. I was advised that it appears that acces heat styling have been applied to the hair Styling at home resulting in fading. Even though considering the hair before and after taken at the salon and by client herself /compliments received after changing her Facebook profile picture (see attached) confirms positive outcome at the time of service. I have discovered the Facebook feedback  after Jennifer posted negative feedbak about her service, noticing her profile picture. Thinking that people usually use pictures of themselves they like as profile pictures. There seems to be inconsistencies regarding clients feedback and the feedback provided by my staff.  I'm sorry that client feels that we didn't achieve what she was looking for, however we can only use her feedback at the time of service as reference.I have been authorized by the manufacturer to issue two complementary toners/glaze services at clients convenience within the next 30 days to address her concerns. We are also including complimentary Fashion Style for both visits aswell as Matrix PRO Solutionist Deep treatment as originally recomended by her Stylist. The manufacturer requires us to inform client that any at home coloring, hot styling tools, accesive hair washing while using hot watter etc. will result in faster fading and that the use of Salon recomended homecare will help assure toner longevity. Even though this kind of accommodation is outside of our standard service guarantee listed on our website aswell as at the salon, ultimately Flirt Salon and it's product manufacturers stand behind their product. Assuring clients satisfaction is our number one priority. We hope Jennifer Emerson will be pleased with this offer. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do. I had informed Cynthia at my initial visit that I had colored my hair in the past. As I informed her the last time my hair had the color removed was may 2016. I also I formed her that my hair had black hair dye applied to it in August and the last time the box dye was applied was December. Cynthia  gave no warnings about what the process she was going to do to my hair. She also did not tone my hair as Yani stated, if she did that is why the process went wrong. Cynthia informed me she first was highlighting the hair then applying a glaze of purple Matrix permanent hair color over the top. That was what I agreed to, she did not inform me she was toning my hair or that she was going to use toner on hair. Yes as I have explained multiple times to Flirt salon, I took a profile picture day one from the salon, day two is woke up washed my hair in the evening with color safe shampoo and the color (the supposed permanent dye) came out. I contacted the salon they told me they could not correct it for a week. I then tried several times to get ahold of them to discuss what they did to my hair and they ignored me. Cynthia admitted in store she messed up and that she should not have let me leave the salon originally but she was "busy". She took no precautions to safe gaurd my hair knowing the history, and my hair has always tangled since I was a baby, it has nothing to do with product. I told her my hair tangled, she ignored it. I have been accused falsely by Yani of slander for posting truthful reviews about her bus in essence, she stalked me and harassed me on Facebook, all because I asked for a partial refund, not a refund of the whole amount. Since Yani mentioned facebook comments, I have attached photos of the comments I recieved on the photo I posted of what they did to my hair. Based off of the responses to her reviews on yelp and google, I can see this is a business owner who makes her profit by never owning up to her mistakes

I have been going to Flirt Salon for several months now. I had gotten rave reviews from actual clients and decided to give it a try. My first service was discounted by $10 because I was a first time customer, and while the haircut was, well, only decent, the price was beyond anything I could have imagined. I have very short hair and while she took forever with the service as she rudely commented on the color job and how my current style was in not at all complimentary, she spent an exaggerated amount of time giving me what ended up being a trim. I paid the amount owed and went about my business vowing not to return. I discussed my appointment with another client from the same salon and was told it was most likely the stylist I was given and to try them again. I went back after several months to get my roots fixed and was happy with both the color and the price that I paid. Having had a much better experience with a different stylist, I decided to continue to patronize the salon. About three weeks ago, I went in for a consultation with another of Flirt's stylists about having tape extensions done. She was very sure she could do what I wanted and quoted me a relatively reasonable price for the service. I had purchased my own extensions from a very reputable source and the stylist even stated that she used the same ones. When I went to get them put in, she did a terrible job. I didn't realize it at the time of the appointment but once I had gotten home, I realized just how poorly she had placed the extensions. Numerous spots have very visible tape spots and it was not well blended with my natural hair even after receiving a "blending" haircut. At the time of the service, I was made to sign a waiver stating that they were not responsible for any failures due to the extensions themselves, as I had purchased them outside of the salon. Within 24 hours, the first extension fell out. I chalked it up to inexperience taking care of hair with extensions in place and went about my business. Within 48 hours of the extensions being put it, 90% of the top half had fallen out. I went to visit a friend of mine who is a stylist and was told that they weren't put in properly and that the entire top section would come out. Later that day, the rest of the top section fell out. I was left with what equates to a mullet and had to work very hard to get the rest of the extensions removed as it had only been TWO DAYS since they were applied and the tape was still very much stuck together. I contacted the salon and was told that there was nothing they would do because I signed a waiver at the time of service. I attempted three times to contact the owner to discuss the fact that the fault was with the application and not the extensions themselves and was never able to reach her. None of my calls were even returned. I made the mistake of going back again two weekends later (a Saturday morning appointment) to get my roots touched up (3/4 of an inch at most) and to have the ends trimmed (still have a pixie) and was charged the unreasonable sum of $140. When I paid my bill there was apparently a "possible malfunction" with their payment system so I left them with my card details in case they needed to run it again. In the next 5 hours, my card was run NINE DIFFERENT TIMES. When I contacted my bank about the issue, they told me the payment had been successfully made to the salon and even provided me with the retrieval codes needed to provide as proof of payment. I provided all this information to the salon and was told that they would contact me on Monday if there were still issues. I also had to cancel my bank card and be issues a new one because the salon continued to run my card over and over and were costing me hundreds in overdraft fees. My bank assured me the payment would stand regardless of the card change, and to contact them if there were any issues. Monday rolled around and the salon still claimed they hadn't been paid. I again checked with my bank and was assured the payment had been processed. I attempted to contact the owner of the salon to talk about the issue but was only responded to by the manager who told me to bring them my entire bank statement and they would see what they could do. I tried again every day to contact the owner with no success. None of my calls were returned after Monday. On Friday, I missed a call and was left a voicemail from someone claiming to be the owner stating that I had until 9pm to pay the salon or they would call the police. When I called my bank again to discuss the issue of the payment, I was told that they had returned the money to me that morning because the money, while processed, was not collected by the salon. They also informed me that my (now defunct) card had been run more than 27 times since the initial payment. Within two minutes of missing the call from the person claiming to be the owner, I called the salon per the instructions left on the voicemail, and asked again to speak to the owner. I was called back about 5 minutes later (within 10 minutes of the original call from the person claiming to own the salon) by the manager to say that the owner was "gone for the weekend" and would not be able to speak with me. I attempted to talk to the manager about all the issues I had been having with the salon, how I wanted to speak with the owner about the fact that I believe I was over charged for the most recent services rendered, the issue with the extensions, and the fact that I currently did not have the money to pay because of how many times they had run my card the first day and the bank was still trying to sort it out. The manager not only told me that they had no record of me ever attempting to contact them about any of my issues, that I would not be allowed to speak to the owner, and that I had until close of business to pay the money owed or they would call the police and press charges. When I tried again to explain to her the situation thinking that maybe she had misunderstood, I was told it was not her problem and that I had until closing to pay. The salon has now filed charges against me of criminal theft. At no point have I ever refused to pay the salon, have provided proof from my bank that the charges were paid, and attempted numerous times to contact the owner of the salon to work out the issue. To have criminal charges filed against me for a screwup caused by the salon is frankly unacceptable. Their business practices are horrible, they over change for services rendered, and several members of their staff and the owner are frankly unprofessional.

Had a great experience at flirt salon! Blonde hair that isn't orange, how amazing! Great decor and full of smiles..mostly mine! Definitely check this salon out!

I am OBSESSED with this salon! I love the decor, the staff and the products that they use I am always smelling my hair that night when I lay down on my pillow. The scalp massage is to die for and music in there is just right.

I'm not really the sort to stick with one stylist I sort of hop around if I think that a place is good. So I have been to about four different girls here and I have never had a bad experience. I can honestly say It doesn't matter who you get you will be super happy with your hair.

The first time I came in my hair was a mess. I had been without a salon for a while and had box colored my hair myself, which was not my finest hour, and then I had about 6 months worth of roots which were dark brown, while my color was a richer brown slightly lighter and the richness had faded. I need a change. after talking about it we went a deep, rich red which I would never have though could make my skin look so good. I have had reds before and they never looked quite right and always faded out very quickly. My stylist told me that I could have been my shampoo and conditioner. So I decided to give there's a try. it had UV protection which I was told would be like sunscreen for my hair (now there's an idea)

Needless to say (or I wouldn't be writing about it) my hair lasted until my next appointment and we didn't even have to do an all over color the next time just the retouch, which saved me money. I was amazed and I have stuck to the same formula ever since.

Everyone who I have been to has been able to repeat the result and I am ever so pleased that I found such a great salon!

My wife and I are clients of Flirt Salon. This place is nice and non pretentious. Its nice to get service right next to each other especially because my wife's health makes her feel uneasy when I'm not near by. Scalp massage and hand massage is a nice touch too.Whenever we see the owner Yani she always takes time to share smile with us. We like supporting small businesses and this one is really great. Sometimes the Stylists are having so much fun in the back it makes me smile. Front desk is very helpful. The text and email reminders are much appreciated. Since we started going here some Stylist have changed and I learned that here we don't need to worry our service is always good. It seems everyone puts their best foot forward here. I recommend Flirt Salon for both males and females. I believe children are by appointment only. Also a plus in my book.

Great Men's Cuts place. text message appt. reminders.

I would like to pass forward my experience about my service at Flirt Salon. I as many people was once again looking for new salon as my old Stylist left. I felt pretty stressed out about finding new Stylist because of bad experiences I had in a past. Based on all the online feedback about Flirt I have decided to give it a try, it's going to be almost six month ago. Even though that my Stylist at Flirt Salon is soon going to have her baby, she has already introduced me to the Stylist that is going to be taking care of my hair while she is gone and I had a chance during my appointments to watch her working on her clients and see that she does great job too. I think it is very thoughtful of [redacted] to make sure I will be taking care of while she is gone. Aside from that I have also noticed that the one time I thought that one of the receptionists was not very friendly she didn't seem to last there very long and the only reason that caught my attention because I really like how friendly everyone is. Sometimes you can hear the Stylists in the back laughing. Needless to say they have a great atmosphere. With each of my services I receive hand and scalp massage and if you are hungry they even have munchies(so far I have tried the blueberry mini muffins and brownies yum). You also save $5 if you schedule your next appointment and I been getting these amazing shine treatment every-time In get my highlights done. I really like this salon. I feel like they really appreciate me as a client. When the owner is there she always finds time to shares a smile with the clients and if she is at the reception area she always says: Thank you when I am checking out. If you are looking for more personable hair establishment give them a try its a great place to get your hair done.

I went to flirt salon after reading good reviews on internet.

I got cut and color which was marginally better than where I used to go with a ridiculously expensive price. I was a first time client so I got a complimentary cut but still my bill was $190 before tip.

I did not get any welcome smiles from receptionist Infact I found overall atmosphere quite snobbish. Before the service the stylist spent an hour of consultation with me which essentially included bragging about herself, criticizing the work of my prior hairdresser and letting me know that if I am not satisfied with color,I can't come back to fix it but she will look at it on next service.I almost felt like leaving but couldn't do so as we had already wasted so much time.

I felt a little relaxed when she started doing the work eventually.

After 2 hrs of cut and color,I was somewhat satisfied with the service but it was certainly not worth the money.

To all of you that are looking for help wondering where to get your hair done. Yani was the only stylist that on my first visit told me she will not touch my hair with bleach because it is not in my best interest. I was getting my hair done every eight weeks at the time wondering why was it braking more and more. I decided to listen and as per Yani's advice I rescheduled and came back in what would have been twelve weeks and been following this schedule with the $20ad on Caviar moisture treatment every since. I have my hair back! It took 9 month but it is totally worth the wait. My hair is beautiful again. I highly recomend Flirt Salon and Yani to anyone that's not afraid to hear it straight up. Because Flirt is the only place out of four salons I've tried I felt like my hair was more important than my money. Thank you!

Flirt salon is fantastic! I love that you get a hot towel treatment and hand and scalp massage with every haircut! I have been to them several times and I have never felt more relaxed than at flirt. I love my hairstyle after 6 weeks it is still the perfect shape! I'm so impressed

I have noticed the last negative review on this business and as I myself have found this business thanks to reading reviews and also had a very long consultation prior to my service I believe considering that and what the stylist described as understanding of reasonable expectation, now I am a very happy loyal customer. Hope that my review helps other people looking for new stylist that they can trust to learn how to read reviews objectively. Any stylist that spends long time on consultation that is complementary cares! If you as a client think that you may need to come back for an adjustment choose a different stylist that makes you feel confident about the desired result. Also as I am very happy with my services at Flirt Salon it is just now and I have been their client for over six month that I am writing a review (I kinda feel like, business like Flirt salon deserves my feedback too). Those of you that wonder why..well I am traveling with some time to spare. My stylist name is Yani and without a doubt she is the most "brutally" honest stylist I have ever met. It took some time for me to adjust to that kind of approach as I was used to getting the "sure" from stylists I went to before. My hair however is the best judge of my Stylist. Even though I get highlights and color it is shiny and soft and my cut is very easy to style. I hope my review helps all the people that are looking to find Stylist to call "theirs" rather it is at Flirt Salon or somwhere else.

I have filed a Revdex.com complaint and would STONGLY urge anyone to stay away from this business. The customer is NOT their priority. Paid $150 for a coloring service I was dissatisfied with at the promise of a free color adjustment. When they corrected the color they then expected me to pay an additional $75 for a service that was not completed correctly to begin with! Absurd! The salon manager and staff need to have a class on business ethics and communication.
