I've gone tooth's location a few times, the owner seems upbeat and friendly, but is extremely fake! She has no real dance background, but claims to be knowledgableI enrolled my child in one of youth classes, the teacher that was hired was a professional dancer with almost years experience teaching kidsShe was phenomenal and my daughter loved herThe owner was never present during these classes and while we had some complaints about the program, she would never respond to me nor the other parents in the classWe asked for a credit at the beginning of the session because the classes were an hour long, which for a toddler is far too longThe instructor agreed with us and requested to the owner that the schedule either be revamped or that a credit be given to those in the classHer requests were ignoredWe watched this wonderful teacher, who was great with the kids, deal with frustrations of the owner not communicating and lacking the ability to run a youth programThe instructor did leave, which makes perfect senseBut we did find out that the owner withheld her last paycheck, because she didn't like the terms under which she left! We never received a credit for the classes and the only teacher who knew anything about dance is now goneDo not take your kids here, this woman has no idea what she's doingCharged a ridiculous amount and doesn't even pay her staff! Save your time and money, find a legitimate establishment

I attended a Girls Night out at the Facility on Halsted in ChicagoOnline the advertisement states that if you have a private party each guest receives a gift cardI have called several times and everyone young lady that answers "takes down my information" but I have yet to get my gift cardsI was at the facility on June 10th and as of July 18th still have yet to receive themTo also makes matters a little frustrating is that my class was supposed to be Chair Dance and the routine that we received did not have chairs let alone we were in a very small roomBut again with the gift cards, if the company is not going to give the gift cards then they need to take the promotion off of the website
