Bought a truck, motor went. They claimed to have fixed it but have not. Not fulfilling warranty. know the truck is bad.
Bought 2006 Ford F350 SD 7/17/2013. Motor blew out 8/10/2013. Dealer took to another location claimed it was fixed. Gave us handwritten receipt. Truck motor is getting ready to go again and even though we have shown that the motor is no good they have repeatedly lied and said they fixed it and they have done nothing. Now they refuse to even have it back in. We asked if they would just swap out the truck for another one to make good on the sale and they refuse. We put $2,210.00 cash down as well as $ 20,000.00 in callateral. We need help as we just need a dependable vehicle and are willing to work with them if they would. [redacted] the manager has constantly made excuses and lied about what they did to the truck and refuses to give me any paperwork as far as them looking at the truck the last time. All he said was that it is fixed and thats that. We took it to another place as soon as we picked it up and had another diagnostics test done on the truck and it still showed the motor is bad. Need Help!!!
