Review: We have recently contacted the sales representative, Glenn Bammer informing him of the budgetary constraints and electrical problems the current Cannon imageRUNNER ADVANCE C5030 lease is causing and costing or organization. We have not received satisfactory customer service support. In fact, they have told us there is nothing they can do but save us $9.00 per month. We asked about them selling the printer and they are refusing to provide any customer support. They have unethical practice which other small businesses need to be aware of.Desired Settlement: I would like support on getting this Cannon Printer removed from our office with no further financial responsibilities.
