Float Foundation

I was contacted via Facebook messenger on Saturday 9/by Leilani saying that she had been charged for a float and had not received credit for it. I responded by telling her that I would look into the issue and make sure she got credited for itOn Monday when I was able to get over to Float
Foundation and look into the issue I found that the transaction had been declined and that she was not charged for the service as she was claiming so we did not owe her any credit. I also learned that she had been on the phone several times that weekend with several of my employees as they were trying to help her with her purchaseInstead of allowing me to look into the issue, she had posted a negative review on our Facebook page over the weekend. While looking into the transaction, I found that during her purchase she had entered the wrong CVC code, and the transaction was declined. We take fraud very seriously, and we block transactions that have errant information to prevent itIt also appears that a previous charge from Navient had overdrawn her account so that could have played a part as well. She claimed that the code was correct, so I attempted to contact my payment processing company, but ran out of time before I needed to leave for the day. On Tuesday 10/3, I was able to contact Stripe, and they said that everything was functioning correctly on their end and she would need to contact her bank. I had my store manager Vina reach out to her to let her know what we had learned. Leilani was rude to Vina and demanded that we give her a free float. Shortly after that, she began slandering Float Foundation on Facebook with negative reviews and encouraging her friends to do the same. She blocked all of our employees so that nobody could respond to her harassing comments. Her friends started leaving star reviews never having visited our shop or had any dealings with the business. We had to take down the review part of our page over it. As any business, we are not in a position to give away free services to people who's payments are declinedWe tried to help her in the most professional, kind way, and she responded immaturely, negatively and unreasonablyI would not be surprised if she tries to take advantage of other businesses this wayIf there was anything else I could have done to resolve the situation for her as a customer, we would have, but she was clearly not cooperating and it seemed like all she cared about was sabotaging our businessBest regards, TJ S***
