Given a Gift Certificate for Christmas good for a 1 Hour Float Therapy, tried to book in January but was told the float machines were down for maintenance but that I would be called back to book appointment once they were up and running again. Called back today, Feb. 10th and was told that Float NB went out of business the end of January and was bought by new owners. Then told that the new owners will NOT be honouring any certificates issued/sold by NB Float sighting reason that they don't have access to the Float NB files. I advised access to files is not necessary, my gift certificate card clearly indicates it was sold for a 1 hour float but still they refused to honour it! Extremely upsetting
Yes, I called back and spoke with the new owners' manager and she has stated there was a mis-understanding when they first took over the business and they will now honour the gift certificate I have so all good now.thanks
