We have already worked out this complaint with [redacted] ***, his money has been refunded and account cancelledHe contacted us after business hours on a Friday eveningWe responded to his request promptly the following Monday stating that his money had been refunded and account cancelled, but he still found it necessary to file a complaint with the Revdex.com, where he slanders our company, asserting made up situations where our company profits thousands of dollars off of a scam that he made up Please see the attached terms of conditions that the [redacted] agreed to upon signing up which clearly states our billing policy, the billing policy which is also advertised on the website when he chose which plan he wanted
