I am rejecting this response because: Floco Fusion did indeed send us proof that they had been billed for the cleaning of our apartment, however that offers no proof that the apartment was ever cleanedWe find it ridiculous that Floco Fusion expected us to halt our move in process after all of our parents had taken off work and traveled across the U.Sto help us that dayWe had multiple moving companies coming to deliver furniture and would have been required to reschedule thoseIt is not our job to make sure the apartment is clean prior to new tenant move-in. What we find to be most inappropriate about our discourse with Floco Fusion is that they are not trusting their tenantsWe have caused no other issues throughout the whole year of our leaseHowever we are approaching them now because our apartments carpets were obviously uncleaned upon move inWe find it completely unfair that they are charging us for the cleaning of our floors per lease because per lease our apartment should have been cleaned upon move in and it was NOTWe find it incredibly rude that as a managers of our building they are not believing our damage reportWe find it ridiculous that they expected us to contact them to re-clean the apartment after we had already moved all of our furniture in

RE: 11611838Thank you for your letter and opportunity to respond to the above complaint The tenant moved in August 20th, Yes, tenant did note on their move in checklist their carpet appeared to be "dirty", as this is their personal opinion of how their apartment looked at move in
Tenant did not ask to have carpet re-cleaned at move in or therefore shortly after Tenant has resided in the unit for the past months without any comments, complaintsetcabout their carpet Per their lease, it is required tenant pays for carpet cleaning Tenant was aware of this lease requirement prior to signing the lease and moving in We provided proof of receipt to the tenant from our outside vendor that her carpet was professionally cleaned prior to move in.Tenant's carpet was professionally cleaned prior to moving in Tenant is required to pay for carpet cleaning per tenant';s signed lease I do not understand tenant's complaint of us "taking advantage of their age' when this is the first and only issue brought to our attention of the unit and its is only being brought to our attention as of move out as we treat all tenants the same, it is in the lease and we do not discriminate over age.We disagree with the desired settlement that we should pay for the cleaning of their apartment, particularly as she has waited until the end of her lease term to try to dispute the lease requirement.Thank you again for your time and consideration,Cheryl ***VP of Operations, Dinkytown Division***original document attached
