First off there are many forms of recycling Comingled and source separation either way it all ends up at the murf sorting plant All of the customers recycling ended up at our plant at 31st where we use
conveyors to recycleThe separate truck made an attempt to pick up and both times it was blocked so we had the other truck pick it up not to be missedWe will forward all information to customer Our costs are all involved Thank you ***
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/07/22) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
1) If both sources end up going to the same recycling plant, be it if the association sorts or throws in with the rest of the garbage in the dumpster, why would we pay additional money for a separate recycling pick-up?
2) I am home all day on maternityOn both occasions, there was nothing blocking any 2nd attempt for a pick-upThere was no 2nd attempt made with the recycling truckI would consider this to be an excuse that can neither be validated or disputed, hence is the Flood Brothers response
I understand that I am but one customer among thousands and no one will pay attention but I want to make sure that I have lodged this complaintI do not accept the response from Flood Brothers

I agree with customer so yes we will issue weeks credit So we agree with customer and we will amendThank you Brian Flood owner

The customer signed up for services Flood Brothers on that contract ordered over in new equipment for the customer because the customer signed up and asked for the servicesThe customer then found out she was in a contract still We offered to post date her agreement and she refusedShe
did not send a notice to cancel in writing as required by ILLINOIS lAW. We gave the customer every option to be honorable and honor her own signature and be honorable she refusedShe chose to buyout her contract and terms at a loss for Flood Brothers So we lost money on thisAs far as we are concerened we closed her account and we picked up our equipment It troubles us that consumers feel they can be negligent in their own dealings and own signatures then want to BLAME Flood Brothers has closed this case*** Flood

Complaint* ***
I am rejecting this response because: the original issue began with the extra yard (cans were not even full they should post the pics) charges with no explanation of formula(how did fb come up 2yds per why not yrds extra per or why not 1) , fb only sent pics with of the garbage can 0n 6-22-i called back and was told someone would call me back I didn't receive a call but I received an email from another rep sending me same picsi only received calls from sales reps to sign a contract and gave me 10days to do soi dont have a contract I sent a certified receipt letter cancelling contract in fb requested time frameso with a whole bunch of bouncing around with f.bi just prefer not to do business with a company like that
Sincerely,

Our school uses Flood Brothers and we've had a great experience with them over the course of the last years They are very reliable and even came when during the huge snow storm last year Our school is closed in the summer so we put our service on hold It is always a pleasant telephone call with our service manager to turn off service and we have never had any issues with overbilling or picking it back up again when we call I also like the fact that it is still a family run local business Overall, great company and great service and would highly recommend them

If you are going to enter into a service agreement with this company, be advised to read all the small print Signing a contract with Flood Brothers automatically puts you in a five year term and will automatically be renewed for an additional five years In trying to break a contract, for service that hadn't even started yet, we were threatened with a lawsuit and eventually had to pay Flood Brothers $to buyout the agreement They have no customer service skills, they say one thing and do another and they conduct their business in a very poor manner

never I repeat never do any kind of business with this company they can lie all they want like these are different disposal companies making these reviews they are soooo nice before they get you to sign once you do they will quote you at a low price but wait to you get your bill triple what they quote you

I personally talked to this consumer We sent them a copy of their contractual terms and conditions and how he can legally buyout his terms We await his attorney response in the mean time Flood brothers will honor fully the contracts terms and conditions as we have in the past

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! We signed to a ! year contract, that automatically renewed for yearsAfter years, they told me that they did not receive my cancellation request, and without the registered mail receipt, they would not cancel my service

This customer has a legal binding agreement until signed by the treasuer of their associationAll terms and conditions are explained in depthTheir self serving complaint is just that self serving and
an attempt to not honor contractual laws of IllinoisWe have sent them their legal options and they would need to consult their attorney This is not a Revdex.com caseFlood Brothers doesn't just brake contracts and we honor the law and will continue to do so with this contractSorry they are inconviencing youBrian Flood

The customer reached out to Flood Brothers for serviceFlood Brothers has saved this customer thousands of dollars The customer signed the contract based on our savings to herShe found out she
still is under contract so she now has contractsThe current hauler all of a sudden lowered her rateFlood spent Thousand on equipmentShe has the option to post date and redo a new service date when her other contract expires , or she has contractsThe rest of her complaint is very selfish and self serving and not truthful Flood Brothers honors the law and we expect no less from this consumerBrian ***

Flood did not have to spend any money on equipment or time dropping it off, since I had contacted them two weeks prior to them doing so, but this is how sneaky this company is, trick the consumer into signing and then drop off equipment, so the consumer is backed into a cornerCurrently Flood is breaching the contract I have with my current hauler and again they would know that had they not refused the certified letter that was also sent to themI can not have two contracts with two haulers at the same timeAgain I ask that they remove their container from my property

customer signed and agreed to a contract Flood Brothers saved her a fortuneShe now claims she has another contractShe needs to produce such contract , and can either post date a new one , buyout of ours , or she has contracts Brian ***

My contract is between me and my hauler and will remain as soI don't understand how I can have two contracts when only my current hauler does the job of hauling away trashFlood Brothers container is on my property, empty and unused so I guess it can remain there, but I will not pay for servicesFlood Brothers did not save me a fortune, because they are currently asking me to buyout the contract for a fee of $or face the consequences of court with damages in the amount of $10,Flood is in it all for the money and frankly with the complaints they have with the Revdex.com I am not sure how they have remained in business this long

I believe this was after the fact We did verify the Village ordiance and we closed this account , the container is set to get picked up Flood Brothers closed this account so this should saitsifyBrian Flood

This complaint is not accurateThe man has never sent us proof of damage , cant even tell us what we did our driver verified never happened he then changed his story and was upset about extra
charges for his extra trash , then claims sent cancel letters which we never receivedThis customer has a legal binding agreement with Flood Brothers we sent him a letter stating his legal options He needs to consult his attorney If he chooses to violate Illinois Law he will put his case in court He is using your agency to make claims and in hopes you get us to cancel his contract illegally which we will not do he has his legal options and he should contact his attorney Thank you Brian ***

The breach of contract is a civil matter that if Flood Brothers does not accept can go before a court of lawIf they after my repeated request for not sending the truck in my property he still come the case it will turn criminal for trespassing the property
