As previously stated Flood Mazda has & provided the customer with all options also agreed to install a new or rebuilt engine at cost or trade customer out of the vehicle for a new vehicle, Flood Mazda has done no wrong but is willing to assist customer in the processTell us why here

I owe $10,on this "new used vehicle" that I have only owned for months, so to offer me $4,000.-5,for trade in is not sufficient. I need to take out another loan on top of this one to get another vehicle. Additionally, I was quoted $6,for a rebuilt engine; $13,for a new engine. Does any of this seem fair???? Since day one I've complained of BLACK oil and was consistently told that "this is in todays cars"Yet, I knew it wasn't I trusted the Dealer! This car never should have been sold with a faulty engine; one that would die after a year of driving only 8,miles. I am more angry at *** *** for the initial service responses and the fact that they knowingly sold me a bum car. Flood Mazda has just been trying to fix what was ALREADY damaged goods.
