[redacted], I just received your letter today concerning this complaint. My husband spoke to someone but he is very busy and I was not aware of the complaint. The letter mentions that we were sent a letter but I am the one receiving the mail each day and did not see a letter. So...

here is our response to this customer: Last January 2016, we received a work order from the HOA's management company. We work in this community regularly as their restoration vendor. We had not heard any complaints until September 2016 from the homeowner or the management company. As soon as we got the concerned e-mail from the manager, our Senior Supervisor checked the property with the homeowner. He was told by the homeowner that there had been a second water damage from the upstairs neighbor. The homeowner told him that she had turned it into her insurance and they had denied the claim. She had ripped up the flooring and was trying to say that the currently moist areas weren't dried properly over 8 months ago. The damage was in areas that were not affected previously and would not have been wet 8 months later without an active leak. No active leak was discovered at that time. Our Senior Supervisor meet before the Board at the HOA meeting last month and was able to show photos and prove to the board that this was a different water damage which had nothing to do with our original drying and repairs. The board looked at the facts, the photos and agreed that we were not at fault. There had been no complaints until she was denied by her insurance for the second water damage and then she started to try to find someone else to pay for it at that point. We understand that water damage in a home is a traumatic experience but Flood Pro did not cause this damage to her home. It was caused by the upstairs neighbor's flood months after our work was completed. [redacted]President Of Flood ProThe Water Damage Specialist Main Office: (949) 361-4100Fax: (949) 240-5806Email: [redacted]@ocfloodpro.comWebsite: www.OCFLOODPRO.com
