To whom it may concern:We are so sorry to hear that *** had such an unpleasant experience with our companyI have spoken with the technicians to find out why there was such a wait to get back to her home and get everything cleaned upWe had to wait for an asbestos and lead tests to be completed
before any materials could be torn outIt looks like there was also some concern on insurance coverageMy technician stated they were waiting to hear to see if things were going to be covered or notWe would like to sincerely apologize that cat affected belongings were left in her homeThey should have been disposed of the first dayThere are some cases the insurance company demands we leave the affected items so they can be inspected by them in order for them to replace those itemsThe paperwork that I have shows we went out to the customers house on July 26th, 27th 28th, 31st and August 3rd when we picked up the equipment from her homeWe are not sure how *** is thinking we did not come out for a straight daysI am not sure if the items needed to be thrown away why she didn’t bring this up to the techs while they were there those days, they could of definitely disposed of themMy techs said everything was cleaned up and sanitized*** did refuse to sign the equipment pickup sheet when my technicians were there picking up the fansAs far as billing goes we want to assure her that we are unable make up our own pricesWe use the same software that the insurance companies use to determine billingThe software generates the price based on the state and zip code in which they live. We are in no way shape or form trying to take advantage or bill for work we do not doWe did not bill her for any work that other company did, I have included the itemized invoice that shows what was doneWe are not charging for any drywall or removing baseboard or flood cutsOur technicians were documenting the work to take note of what the other company had done in order to separate what was completed by usIf she does have photos we would like to see exactly what was left behind that was contaminated with cat waterWe do have some photos as well and we can compare the twoThere are a couple techs that worked in her home that have since been let goOur management has addressed her concerns to each of the technicians we currently do have to make sure this does not happen again in the futureThank you for your time and please let us know if there is anything else we can do. us why here
