This company put a sump pump in my basementThe water is going under my house, instead of out my house On May 29, 2018, I paid this company 2,to put two French drains, and a sump pump to keep my basement from getting wetMy basement still was getting wet after they did the work, and my walls start to get moistI had someone try to figure out the problem, and he notice the water in my sump pump was going under my houseThe water suppose to go out my house once it's in the pumpI call this company, and they been giving me the run around about fixing the problemI have called them several times, and one man who came out said this is how they put sump pumps inI had the manage tell me, the man who look at my pump doesn't know what he is talking aboutI have a warranty but I got threaten to have to pay abdollar fee for them to come outI ask to speak to the manager, and he never calls me, even though he notice my problem
