Flood's Landscaping

Review: On May **, 2013, Mr. [redacted], of Flood's Landscaping, [redacted], New York Was paid approximately $2500.00 for doing river stone, repair of a walkway, and adding gravel to my driveway. When [redacted] Flood's workers were done with the work, [redacted] Flood returned to my house to inspect their work. [redacted] Flood was not present during the work. I informed [redacted] Flood that some of the river stone was missing in the front of the house. [redacted] Flood asked me if I wanted mulch in place of the missing river stone. I told him that I did not want mulch, that I wanted river stone. He told me that he would have to find more river stone. In June, [redacted] Flood did another paving job for me, and he still did not fill in the missing river stone. I heard nothing from him in July, or August. I called him in August, and he told me he had forgotten about the river stone, and would call me right back. He did not call me back. I called him three additional times in September, and left messages for him, and he did not return any of my phone calls. On September [redacted], 2013, I sent [redacted] Flood a registered letter via the U.S. post office. [redacted] Flood did not go to the post office and pick up the letter. I have been more than patient waiting for [redacted] Flood to return to my home and finish the job that he was paid for.Desired Settlement: The business has a responsibility to come back to my house, and finish the job that they were paid in full to complete.
