Floor Accents installed wood floors in our home next to existing wood floors and agreed they made a mistake and installed the wrong floorsWe gave them opportunities to fix their new floors but nothing was acceptable and Floor Accents agreed to refund the money we had paid them in return for them taking their wrong material out of the houseThe material Floor Accents installed was cheap very bad grade and poorly installed\r\nFloor Accents agreed many times in writing for our refundWe spent months trying to get the refund so we could replace the horrible floors they installedFinally Floor Accents agreed to actually write the check but would do so ONLY IF WE AGREED TO NEVER SAY ANYTHING about the installNOR could any family, friends, neighbors say anything including any reviews or they would sue us and lien our home!! This would be impossible for us to control so they refused the refund EVEN THOUGH THEY TOOK THEIR FLOORS OUT OF OUR HOME and left us with damaged concrete\r\nAfter taking them to small claims court and winning judgements - we couldn\'t afford an attorney yet Floor Accents had several attorneys and law firms\r\nThe floors were installed almost years agoMarco Orsini (listed as Agent of Record but refuses to accept any certified documents and is listed as such with State of Texas - says he isn\'t, then who is?)\r\nMarco Orsini / Floor Accents says they will never pay us until we pay their attorney fees which are much more than the $4,they owe usThey even countersued us for their legal fees and lost! \r\nAll we want is our agreed refundMarco Orsini is rude, belligerent and claimed we only won the judgement because I am \"white\" ! Orsini has many aliases so we are not sure who he really is\r\nHorrible business and the installer said this was not uncommon with Floor Accents.\r\nWe have since had to hire another installer to complete the floors and we are extremely pleased with the other company\'s workTo date we have lost all money paid to Floor Accents and all materials plus now almost years of nightmareBuyer Beware! Bad business experience and bad workmanship!!!!\r\nNote: - in court they also claimed to be members of the Revdex.com with A+ rating which is false!
