I am rejecting this response because: This is nothing more than passing the buck by this company. They are not offering any solution to this issue what so ever. Blaming someone else for the scratching isn't a solution to my problem. I want this flooring replaced. Perhaps, the flooring they are selling are seconds rather than new first quality materials. My flooring installer informed me that several planks of tiling came right out of the box scratched. Waiting for "the protective coating to wear off the floor" is utterly crazy. Floor City needs to take responsibility for this poor quality of LVT flooring

Thank you for sending all the pictures. Were sorry to see that the floor is potentially scratched. We have Natural Creations throughout our office. When we first installed it we had similar scratches. My supervisor told me that the product has a minor sealer that will appear to be scratched. After...

that wares away it will all look natural and the floor should be great for many years to come. He advise that you should give it a few months. If you’re still having issues this is what our supplier told us Per Armstrong the Manufacture See Below1st response - There is no way saw dust would scratch any product from Armstrong. It is being caused by something else, cabinets being dragged, debris in the contractor’s shoes etc.  2nd Response - Wouldn't happen from sweeping sawdust. But you already knew that. Tell the customer to call the cabinet guys and ask them how the sawdust got on the floor if it was covered with blankets.Per FloorcityHopefully this is more so caused by what I explained above. If not, you will need to talk to the people who installed the cabinets as most likely they are to blame for this. This is not the product that's caused the problem. Please don't let the installers fool you, as they are the ones responsible for this damage.  The product you purchased from us is a great product. The floor you purchased would never scratch from being swept in the manner you described. The cabinet installers must of dragged the cabinets across the floor. They had blankets down but underneath the blankets was little debris that scratched your floor when they were moved. The floor was $8k yes. The cabinet company is trying to cover their butts. This is not our fault. You will need to take it up with them.I apologize that your caught in the middle of this but there is nothing Floorcity can do for you except sell you more materials once the cabinet people or whoever owns up to damaging your new floor. Floorcity can't do anything further but sell you more products. Sweeping the floor would not cause the damage you showed us via pictures. When you swept the sawdust off the floor you exposed scratches that were covered up by others. In the future flooring should be the last thing installed into anything minus finishing pieces like trim / wall base which are typically installed after the floor is in. Armstrong, nor will Floorcity cover the cost for damage done by others. This is our final response.

The warranty would be honered by the manufacture not floorcity. The images that were sent proved nothing. Armstrong the manufacturer will not file a claim because there is no evidence to do so. The damage was caused by something else then what your saying. Your installers messed up he floor, the product you bought was a great product. Check all reviews online
