I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I have in writing an Email from [redacted] stating that they are covering the cost of 12 boxes (amount needed) of flooring as well as the installation cost as compensation for what we have been put through and what we have lost.  They told me that they are dealing with FCI for the covered cost; therfore, we should receive a return of our deposit.  I have a copy of the letter sent to [redacted] explaining that we lost our build contract in [redacted], ** because we could not put our house on the market within the 45 days of the time we signed the contract to have the floor redone. It took four months to complete the job! FCI has not returned our $1990 deposit that was required to order the material that [redacted] stated they will pay for.  The credit was sent to FCI from [redacted] as the attached Email states.  FCI has not returned the deposit that I gave them that [redacted] has credited to them.
