I am rejecting this response because: Please send me your fax number and I will send you copies of the inspection showing that the installation was done incorrectly and I have had no contact with Mr. [redacted] regarding carpet quality or resolution or has he been out to inspect the carpet.

I want to make this clear that my company did not do anything wrong. We did exactly what we were subcontracted by the customer through [redacted]. The $2500 invoice for our services was $1700 for the tear out of the old carpeting and only $800 for the install of the carpet purchased at [redacted]. ...
It was an inferior carpet that was the minimum of 26 pile for the business where it was being installed and we did inform her of this. [redacted] had an inspector review her installation and they did confirm that we had indeed used a carpet seaming and the installation was correct but the carpet was not of a quality needed for her business. She stated that she had received a "good deal" on the carpet. We will not refund any part of the $2500 paid since most of the cost was for the tear out of the old carpet and we did install the new carpet correctly. However, we have offered to tear out the "new" inferior carpet for her.
