Both attachments are from both the manufacturer's home inspector and Floor Decor's privately hired floor inspector which contains their own findings.I wish to let you and the consumer ( [redacted] ) what Floor Decor's next step is and that is,? to do a rebuttal of the claim since they had denied our claim.? I just want to let you know that Floor Decor is a reputable company and had maintained our clean reputation for more than a decade now.? We strongly believe in Customer Service and we know that we would not be breathing without our customers.? They are the reason why we exist.? ? I just would like you to know and the [redacted] know that we will do everything we can to take care of this matterI know that time is one of the biggest concern that the [redacted] has, but, keep in mind as well, that we are moving under the manufacturer's timeline.? Our hands are somewhat tied in a way.I am very hopeful that we will win this case.? I am rejecting this response because: My original complaint was: COMMUNICATION FROM FLOOR DECORSince the last inspection on 08/09/17, this response from Floor Decor to Revdex.com is the first communication from Floor Decor I have receivedWe received a lot of email/communication from Floor Decor since 05/09/until Floor Decor received payment for flooringSince then, most (if not all) of my emails to Floor Decor did not get an acknowledgement, therefore I would resend email thinking they did not receive original email, and still not get a responseThe only communication I would receive is a phone call from Michael E*** wanting to make an appointment to again come to the subject locationIn the mean time we are left hanging, waiting for a responseThe last email I received from Floor Decor is 09/16/from Dominique M*** reminding me of the next day's appointment at subject location

I am rejecting this response because: My original complaint was: COMMUNICATION FROM FLOOR DECOR. Since the last inspection on 08/09/17, this response from Floor Decor to Revdex.com is the first communication from Floor Decor I have received. We received a lot of email/communication from Floor Decor since 05/09/13 until Floor Decor received payment for flooring. Since then, most (if not all) of my emails to Floor Decor did not get an acknowledgement, therefore I would resend email thinking they did not receive original email, and still not get a response.
