This complaint is completely not trueHow can this person can lie about this to Revdex.com? It is not just *** there, *** was busy doing someone else, *** did her nails and Lily was there to listen to herShe couldn't explain what she wanted, but made Lily insane There are
other clients in shop at shop shaking their heads at her We all were very nice to her, her nails were fine before she left.
This is what *** said about this client told her:" I work in the medical feild, I can't wear nails , I want them off and shorter"That why *** soak her nails off ( she didn't say anything when her nails in the soaking bowl and this was not the first time having nails done)
This client obviously wanted to renew nails for free and her money back when all services already surrendered correctly as she askedWhat should the Revdex.com ask us to do?

To Revdex.com......I don't have to respond to LILY. ....I know definitely who to go to about  her .....Her threat do not upset me....But I do know that when you you suppose to be so professional. ..in business you tell  A CONSUMER. ..that you are not sorry because they paid for your business also when do something wrong to o email of GOD'S  TRUE SERVANT. ...It is like Touching HIS EYE. ....therefore,  may she be blessed it is in his HANDS. ..NOW 
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.

Once again, I am not sorry for the fact what happened at the salon. You came asking us to take your nails off. We correctly did.  We tried to do the best to  satisfy you , after your nails were off, you kept saying the same thing as first when you came to the store. I told you that exactly you asked for, but you told me just put the clear on for you and gave me no further explanation.  That was  why I told you that I am sorry that we could not satisfy you, you can go back where you went before so they can do what you really want.Couple minutes after that you came back and complaint that you didn't want your nails off, but they already were off ( you knew exactly how the removal like, and you said nothing when we soak them). Until I came and explained that you what you should say was just remove Polish instead your  nails off due to work in medical field. You took my words and put into the complaint in previous letter  which you didn't know how to use the right term when you first came to the salon. All you paid that day was $11 for removal of your nails.That was your fault which You have to be responsible for. We have our business policy and legal procedure to follow considering the sanitation , techniques, and services. If you have any act or words that are detrimental to our business, we will take in action against you for interrupting our business. This is the last letter to inform you with this matter. [redacted]
