Customer is correct that we needed to make a repair at their home on some groutThis repair took longer then expected due to our installer being out of the county on a mission tripWe still should have responded in a timely mannerOnce it was brought to our attention that the repairs were not made, we went to the house (for the second time) to take pictures of the area's customer has complaintsWe agreed to repair the groutFloor Solutions did not agree to replace the customer selected laminate transitions that were used between the new tile and his existing laminate floorHome owner couldn't identify his own laminate flooring (not supplied by Floor solutions) so we provided color samples of coordinating trim to useHome owner wasn't happy with the color match that they selectedOur solution to this problem was to give them their money back on the transitions and to repair the grout that was our mistakeBoth have been completed

Floor Solutions has more than one contractor working for them, very weak - installer out of country ? The problem was brought to Floor Solutions attention at least three times, salesman response was to reorder and replace transitions, originally ordered brown and received brown/red and repair grout floor Floor was identified as Pergo flooring (before tile floor was installed and I purchased at [redacted] (early in the process) The Installers for Floor Solutions, installed the Pergo flooring and piece was cut too short with gaps at each endAgain color match we accepted per Floor Solutions samples were in the brown family and when they ordered we received in the brown and red familyFloor Solutions did repair grout and return money, to months later I hope my review will be posted with the Revdex.com, it is honest and fair review of this company This company has a hard time telling the truth I will be very disappointed with Revdex.com if my review is not postedif it is not, I will understand now how they maintain their A+ rating I hope the Revdex.com will be neutral and equally weight the consumer and business in this matterVery disappointed with this entire process***###-###-####

After reviewing your inquiry reference the work completed at Mr [redacted] home, I have found the following information Mr [redacted] selected the color trim used on the existing laminate floor (see attached photo's) Two small pinhole in grout (see attached photo) Floor Solutions cannot determine the cause of the pinhole in the groutFloor Solutions will repair the holeThe laminate trim was selected and approved by the homeownerFloor Solutions will replace the moldings at a cost to the homeownerRegards, [redacted] President

cannot determine the cause of the pinhole in the grout. Floor Solutions will repair the hole. The laminate trim was selected and approved by the homeowner. Floor Solutions will replace the moldings at a cost to the homeowner.

Once it was brought to our attention that the repairs were not made, we went to the house (for the second time) to take pictures of the area's customer has complaints. We agreed to repair the grout. Floor Solutions did not agree to replace the customer selected laminate transitions that were used between the new tile and his existing laminate floor. Home owner couldn't identify his own laminate flooring (not supplied by Floor solutions) so we provided color samples of coordinating trim to use. Home owner wasn't happy with the color match that they selected. Our solution to this problem was to give them their money back on the transitions and to repair the grout that was our mistake.
