I am rejecting this response because: *** is a liar First of all *** told us we were to directly deal with *** and *** only *** is the one who told us to call and get quotes The quote we received was not for a "new" sink as *** says,
which he would know if he had been dealing with us as he says I have the quotes given to us which include; removing sink that was installed and did not fit, correctly fixing the damaged drywal, painting bathroom and installing a new sink (price of sink not in quote) His quote for the entire job was $As for *** stating he never raised his voice, unfortunately each of the times we spoke with him both my husband and myself were at work I had co-workers sitting within listening distance who commented on the raised voice and rude comments on the initial call with ***, which is why I refused to talk to him anymore The time when my husband was forced to hang up on him, my husband was at his desk at work when *** began yelling and not just yelling screaming at my husband My husband actually sat his phone on his desk to which at least people around him were able to hear the yelling I would be more than happy to allow the Revdex.com contact with all the employees who witnessed the extreme yelling
We are now satisfied with the job, after the 2nd time fixing, but unfortunatly we will not be paying the floor store any additional money

This complaint has also been disputed and mediated with Discover cardThe amendum to the chronology will be 12/24/Discover, *** *** and I had a conference call at which time Discover card ruled in the Floor Store's favor and
returned charge backOriginal plan of repair was agreed upon and scheduled for 1/18/
