Horrible experience with this companyTook months to receive itemsMy mom and I had ordered skirts $total that were listed as in stock in June of didn't receive them until november and that was after multiple ignored inquiresWhen I finally got my skirt they decided to send a different sizeIt was way to bigI ordered a dress and they same thing happenedNo communicationNo heads up on what was going onI supposedly "won" a giveaway, I chose the item and they said they were shipping it...it never showed up...I contacted them and they claimed it was out of stock even though it was still showing as in stock on their websiteI chose another item....weeks later still nothing...they ignored messages and when they finally answered they said I was supposed to claim my prize within hours?!? Totally scam
I received a refund of $via *** (my original form of payment) however I'm still waiting for a $refundI have a store credit of $however the code does not work and that's why I was charged the $(and never received product) however I do not wish to do further business with them
because of the lack of response and effort from them, I would please like the $refundedThis has been a major hassleI have been trying to resolve this issue with them since November 2014, I'm no longer willing to order from them, I would like the $refunded in my original form of paymentThank you
