I had a bad experience with this businessThey don't care communicating to the customer about what is going onI selected a flooring option to have it installed on my bathroom and kitchenI was told it was going to be a matter of few business days to order and get it installedThe days became weeksThe business didn't tell me anythingI had to be the one calling every time to get updates about the progress of the workAfter a whole month, I called and they said that we need to wait another weeks just to get the material and more time to get it installedWhat kind of business is this? Further, I asked to cancel and while I was told I am going to be refunded, the charges are not removed yetI am letting my credit card company taking care of thisThey screwed up my plans so badAdvice: don't hire them!

I had a bad experience with this business. They don't care communicating to the customer about what is going on. I selected a flooring option to have it installed on my bathroom and kitchen. I was told it was going to be a matter of few business days to order and get it installed. The days became weeks. The business didn't tell me anything. I had to be the one calling every time to get updates about the progress of the work. After a whole month, I called and they said that we need to wait another 2 weeks just to get the material and more time to get it installed. What kind of business is this?
Further, I asked to cancel and while I was told I am going to be refunded, the charges are not removed yet. I am letting my credit card company taking care of this. They screwed up my plans so bad. Advice: don't hire them!
