We are very sorry to have not been able to serve this customer to their desires! I really enjoyed meeting this couple.
The order was placed to their desire and the warehouse was doing their part to fill our request. Upon my calling to check on...
it as the customer requested I found a simple confusion but it was still on its way.
When the customer desired to cancel the order it is our policy on our signed invoice: NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS UNLESS INDICATED!
I was willing to go against store policy to refund but was required to charge a restocking fee because of the commitment to the warehouse.
But decided to give the customer a full refund.
The card processing is involved and requires communicating with the card merchant company.
While I was trying to get this accomplished the customer kept calling and I could not talk to them and her to get this accomplished;but finally did.
