*** ** *** ** *** After an attempted repair to the floor in question by one of our installers it was discovered that the
entire floor would most likely have to be replaced In the Fall of we requested that Armstrong conduct an inspection of the floor in lieu of our installer's findings Shortly thereafter the report came back that there was an issue of water under the laminate flooring that was site caused. It was not a defect in the material I had left a voicemail message stating the above at the latter part of September Until the cause of the water seeping under the floor is resolved a new floor will not settle the matter *

[redacted] ID #[redacted]  Dear Sir or Madam:             Between the fall of 2016 and now, we have placed twenty plus calls, left voicemails and multiple call back numbers and have yet to receive a response in relation to the matter.               Subsequent to a visit from their contractor, they never informed us of any alleged water damage as there is none and there has never been history of water damage.             Due to the tiles being laid improperly, there are tiles shifting and coming up in the hallway and throughout the rest of the kitchen.             Thank you for your assistance and time on this matter; it is appreciated. Sincerely,             [redacted] and [redacted]            ID #[redacted]
