Had to take this company to court because of the horrible job that they did on our carpet install Not only did they ruin the carpet, they didn't stand behind their work and left us with a room full of carpet that we had already paid for They lost in court because they didn't even show up (because they knew they were going to loose) Their attorney indicated that we might not ever see a dime because there is a good chance of them filing bankruptcy so they offered us $to see if we would drop the case If anyone is interested in using this company, be careful of paying for services in advance Have a good attorney on hand if they screw up your flooring, you will need it
