Do you intend to live there for the foreseeable future? Do you have kids? How old are they? What happen to your old carpet? I am in retail, managing at Office DepotThis is what we call "Qualifying the customer"The answer to Wael`s questions will lead him to the selection of carpet suitable for my needI wasn't planning on selling my house anytime soon and needed a long lasting carpetI have kids from yrto yrsand needed a carpet I could clean easilyMy old carpet was stained with bleach and was years oldWael gave me options and guided me to what I should look for based on my situationDeep carpet is harder to vacuum, get stain resistant if you are a family man with small kids and so onWe channel it down to the Mohawk Solo (lifetime warranty, stain and bleach resistant and very easy to clean)He did a demonstration by staining the carpet with ketchup, syrup, juice and wiped it clean right in front of my eyesHe came to our home for measurement, gave us a free upgrade to a lbpaddingInstallation was scheduled for the next day and then he did something amazingHe refused to take a down payment and told my wife that we`ll pay after the work is done and only if we are 100% satisfiedAnd if we don`t like the outcome for whatever reason, he`ll rip it off and do it againWe have this carpet since June, and we genuinely could not be happier with our purchaseFlooring Prowill be my destination for my next flooring need

Very helpful and knowledgeable Walid answered all my questions and offered suggestions to coordinate my colors The crews were professional and did a great job and finished in day It has been a month since the installations and it is beautiful My home's value has increased

I highly recommend Walid and Flooring Pro1!!! His team did an amazing job on both selecting and installing the engineered hardwood in our downtown Decatur home My wife and I went through the usual chain stores in Atlanta first, hoping to find a specific color within our pricepoint, but most came up short either in quality, color, or price I then went to Dalton, GA hoping that we'd have better luck as far as selection, but again no success Feeling a bit defeated, I 'googled' "engineered hardwood Atlanta", and Flooring Procame up I read the great reviews, took a chance, and called Walid was extremely professional, cordial and clearly wanted to earn our business He took the time to meet with us and even compare products from other competitors He didn't have exactly what we wanted in his showroom, but he was able to find what we wanted, at the price we were looking for His installer took his time and treated our home as if it were his own It was a seamless job from concept to completion He is now our company for all of our flooring needs and I happily refer Flooring Pro to my friends

Very great customer service and prices! Wael was super helpful. I scheduled the wrong instillation date initially. I scheduled it a week after the correct day for the install. Wael was helpful to complete the instillation for the initial date I had in mind. They traveled a long way for our instillation and the install crew was amazing! We are very satisfied with our install and look forward to future business.
